  • It isn't given was the referee fearing another Senegal walkout??

  • Warnock saying "if you see a chink in the back line" caught me off guard. Thought he went full Big Ron.

I guess for Norway - they know that if they finish second they'll play Ivory Coast, and if they're happy enough to get them in the knockouts then maybe it makes sense to not play the main team!

These are my rough predictions for the final standings of group I:

1st France 9 pts

2nd Norway 4 pts

3rd Senegal 4 pts

4th Iraq 0 pts

1st Norway - 7

2nd France - 6

3rd Senegal - 2

4th Iraq - 1

Senegal not to progress from being one of the 4 worst 3rd-placed teams.

The road to a possible 3rd gold star begins here for France! Senegal will be a tough opponent for them today though.

rooting for Senegal! France is easily stronger, so I hope it's a draw.

Senegal looks much better - France as always playing boring. Really hope they will get eliminated as soon as possible.

^^ lol

Another team just not looking great at all. But I know that the first game in the groups is the time to get it out of the system.
