Just to confirm, the predictions here are based on the final result, including extra time (up until penalties), right? So if it's a draw after the regular 90 minutes but someone scores in extra time, my prediction would no longer be correct?

No it's the score at 90 minutes. So if you predicted 2-1 and it was 1-1 at full time then 2-1 after extra time you wouldn't get any points.
