Welcome Buzzjack to Round 21 of Lady Gaga's Least Fave Single Poll. After taking a break from the usual voting poll in the last round, the final 10 was ranked by you the Buzzjack voters. 17 of you ranked and the song that scored the lowest amount of points was Born This Way which scored just 54 points out of a possible 170 & therefore finishes in 10th place. The song had 5 last place rankings and didn't get higher than 4th place. Therefore it seemed that this was the clear choice to go next. Released in February 2011 as the lead single from Gaga's 2nd studio album of the same name & had a lot prove due to the massive success she had previously with 'The Fame/Fame Monster' era & thankfully she kept the momentum going with this massive self empowerment anthem that went onto top the charts in 25 countries worldwide and quickly became one of her most well known singles of her career. This is absolutely over the top, campy and brilliant in equal measures. A defining synth pop anthem of self empowerment and an inspirational LGBTQ anthem for the ages. A great song that set the tone perfectly for a brand new era.
