Out first once again are One True Voice who were competing against Girls Aloud in Popstars : The Rivals in 2002. 'Sacred Trust' is an cover from The Bee Gee's album from the year before in This Is Where I Came In whilst 'After You're Gone' was the first original song in their brief career. They were expected to win but ultimately lost out to 'Sound Of The Undergound' in the infamous Christmas #1 race. It did nonetheless sell 147k to land 38th in the best sellers that year while being the 147th best seller of 2003!

Going for VS. Teenage Life is great, studio version moreso than the live Eurovision version.

Actually that wasn't one of my 3 duds in this survivor. Quite like their Sacred Trust cover myself!

Switching to Daz Sampson now

Not sure what I would've thought of it at the time, as I only started watching Eurovision in 2007, but haven't been too keen when I've heard it in recent years

Daz Sampson's weird 'Teenage Life'

“if she can’t go I’ll buy her a plane ticket myself, she can pay me back in favours” - Daz Sampson about his 15 year old backing singer

Going for VS.

Teenage Life is great, studio version moreso than the live Eurovision version.

Switching to Kanye - coincidentally the song it samples, Michael Jackson's 'P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)', has just come up in the 1980s listenthrough sessions.

I dislike Kanye, a lot.

But that song is one of his bright moments for me.

Voting for Daz.
