It dosent even have to be anything mega - it’s not like Olivia/Sam are heavily do weekly promo and performances of it, it’s streams are not ground breaking either - it’s more concerning that nothing else is showing signs of being able to challenge it.

Is this changing the rules to suit the narrative you want?

In all ‘longest running’ #1 lists they are listed as total weeks rather than individual runs, Sam & Olivia will be up there with Bryan on said lists regardless and Wham will be along shortly to beat them all.

First song in my (and I guess many others on here) lifetime to do 16 weeks at #1! Truly ground-breaking territory...

And it's current symmetry of weeks at #1 is rather cool indeed.
