Troye has teased through his social media that something is coming soon.

It should be mentioned that, a week ago, he revealed through his Instagram stories that he wrote a couple of songs with Leland and Oscar Görres to the upcoming TV series The Shards.

The way I just saw a tweet regarding this programme and SCREAMED

Three songs have been registered on ASCAP and all of them were written by Troye Sivan, Brett Leland McLaughlin and Oscar Görres. The titles are "Another Day Goes By", "LA Wants Me Dead" and "Presentation Destination".

Teasers have begun.

Troye has been teasing his Instagram profile picture during the last few days, revealing the new one today. I guess this means that the announcement should be happening sooner than later if it's taken into consideration the songs he made for The Shards should be unveiled this Wednesday.

I loved the last album/era and he's generally reliably solid so bring it!

Troye posted the reel video below doing choreo (without any sound, FYI) in his finsta account.

"LA Wants Me Dead" was premiered in one of the first two episodes of The Shards. I'm not sure which one was because I haven't seen the TV show yet, but the clip (audio only) is floating around Twitter.

Either way, I'm wondering when this will be available.

Teased through his SMS and e-mail subscription that new music is bizarrely soon with an album to follow-up.

Hyped for this. He has yet to miss for me.

I'm hopeful that he will deliver yet again.

As a side note, this is also his first release under Interscope Records. Troye stays under the UMG umbrella because he was previously under EMI / Capitol Records though.

"LA Wants Me Dead" will be out at midnight local time as a standalone release.

Troye will be interviewed by Zane Lowe.

He's teasing "Canada Dry".

Tracklist:

1. She's the Best

2. Canada Dry

3. Party

4. I Do This For You

5. Cowboy

6. Embarrassingly

7. Le Boy

8. Sex Star

9. Troye Meets World

10. FF

11. Love So Big It Hurts

12. Lost Time (feat. Lily Rose Depp)

I feel I might be the minority in thinking this is such a step up for him.

Definitely his most self-assured and interesting album. I didn’t expect it to sound like Air in so many places. Fab 🖤

I am very much looking forward to listening to this later today!
