Welcome Buzzjack to Round 24 of Lady Gaga's Least Fave Single Poll. After an interesting and pretty close battle we finally say goodbye to The Edge of Glory which received 8 out of the 23 votes cast and finishes in a respectable 6th place, but finishing short of the final 5. In the past poll from 2021 this finished in the runner up spot and shows how fans opinions and tastes change in a matter of 5 years. Released in May 2011 as the 3rd single from her 2nd album 'Born This Way'. The song was written and produced by Gaga and Fernando Garibay, and is a pop, electro-rock, and disco song that speaks of the last moments of life. The lyrical inspiration came from the death of her grandfather, who passed away in September 2010. The song was critically acclaimed and was deemed an instant highlight upon the album's release and became a massive commercial success by reaching top 10 peaks in several major music markets such as Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, UK and USA, becoming the album's 2nd most successful single and even managing to outperform the previous single 'Judas'. One of my all-time faves from Gaga with its epic production, soaring vocals and 80's nostalgic power ballad production. This shows that Gaga doesn't have to rely on shock value to make a great song.

Abracadabra has finished far too highly as great as it is I think there’s far far stronger on MAYHEM (two of which went rounds ago!)

Abracadabra easily for me. It's great but I do love the others remaining more.

Alejandro and Paparazzi MUST go out before Abracadabra and then it remains a FLAWLESS Top 3 (3/4 of which is my Top 4 of all time songs)!
