Streaming won’t grow with next to no playlist support, and it (potentially) limping into the Top 40 won’t change that.

The downloads will hopefully seal a Top 40 this week then it’ll plummet straight out.

We’ve said it time and time again, with artists like Kylie, Madonna etc., staggered releases don’t work.

3 versions and a lyric video then nothing until September - at best it’ll be 39-72-out-44-out.

Yes staggered releases don't do it for artist like kylie and madonna and a week.of full.blast of everything works better,

There are about 10 versions of Love Sensation to download. Most are 59p. So no excuses to download a couple this week lol

I’m aware and as has been proven time and time again by ‘legacy’ artists stringing out single releases over several weeks just doesn’t work.

Even if they throw out a remix or two next week it won’t be enough to prop it up without streams.

We have the lyric video and 3 download versions and now at least a 3 week wait for the physicals.

Streaming has already started dropping in week 1 so can’t see support coming en-masse in week 2 from Spotify, Apple etc.,

I love them both but this remix isn’t quite it.. they both sound a big nasal / congested on the final mix. I’ll support and stream and throw a copy out there to try and ensure it goes top 40 but it’s one of those kind of moments what sounds amazing on paper what’s not quite amazing irl.

Love Sensation from the Confessions II album has grown a lot since this though it was never a standout for me as a solo version but this has kind of made me appreciate the song more so that’s something.

Sadly it won't happen.

Just done my 3 iTunes downloads, I was going to wait but I think this will be peak week.

The CDs will return it to the Top 75 but by that point streaming and downloads will be minimal so thought I’d use my 3 to count now.

You could be right, I'd be very veru happy if it managed top 40 and even happy for a top 75,

yep!

#8 first look is a nice start, so annoying it will tumble now, but a third top 40 hit from album era is quite sensational for Madonna so that cannot be sniffed at if it is achieved!
