Surely the OCC have to act!yes and no, fundamentally the charts should be a reflection of what people are listening to - the OCC already manipulate the charts with ACR and the three-track rule which already make them something of an inaccurate view of what people are listening to. charts are supposed to be for consumption measurement and industry usage just as much (if not moreso) than entertainment value, even if the charts are getting very stagnant at the minute
