Was a good song and did sound like a big hit, I actually hadn't noticed you hadn't already won this year such is your dominance! I do hope Persephonia isn't doomed to 2nd forever but a great achievement following a DNQ streak nonetheless. Seems Ane Brun did ultimately do similarly to how she did in PFSC overall, though HMLTD did quite a bit better which checks out x

I only voted for Spodic Empire and Skall in the top 10, but that is a great looking 11-15 section!

Congrats blacksquare must have been on the cards with those graphics! Another winning artist (one of them) I nearly sent, although in all honesty I couldn't have seen Tourist's 'In Unison' sweeping up the points like this did.

Well done Bré on second place! Great to see my top scoring song in 6th place, another great hit for The Spodic Empire. Shame to see some of my big pointers drop away from the top 10 after a fine start, especially Dalisska after reaching triple figures. Flynnonda didn't deserve last either.

Thanks Iz for hosting, I've been a bit quiet as I was updating the multichart while on the sidelines, but it was a pleasure to follow with all the scoreboard updates!

I really thought we were getting the Aeroche vs Persephonia battle after the semis, but never trust what the semis show you. Neliönoir was only a bit behind too.

Also was shocked to see Eledan only scraping through in 20th, I thought that would have been easily in, tough one to pick between that and Kathaldazia out.

Really pleased with 15th for my AQ, I have always wanted to get a decent hit with a bit of awesome alt Japanese stuff and this was the perfect chance to send something like that safely, very pleased it got 25 votes - thank you all.

Also I have really enjoyed hosting, it's always worth it to see the behind-the-scenes stuff as the votes roll in and figuring out how best to present them to the forum, thank you for all the lovely comments <3

Wow I finished lower in the semi final than I did in the final - that tracks as a lot of my vocal supporters were in the other semi final

Although honestly, what do I need to do to get votes from a couple of people..... An anecdote, I once trained as a teacher and had a lecturer who observed my early lessons and tore them apart (despite me not receiving this feedback from the teacher I was working with....). A few months later he did another observation, said I was 100 times better but still failed me....I think I realised at this point that it didnt matter what I did or how well I performed, I would never get anything from that lecturer. I requested another observer, who came and saw a weaker lesson (imo). She passed me with flying colours!

14th is impressive for the went viral earlier this year polka dots duo (and wow top 10 in the semi again). Guitar-based records truly struggle to go top 10 (my 18-pointer is above mine!). Similarly, all of my past three entries feature layered guitars. I would like my next entry to be quite distant from that but maybe I'll be a bit formulaic and send another song with guitars. 🫣

Didn't vote for any of the top six but Nelionoir and Persephonia were definitely in my top twenty (and this contest was super strong imo) so I'm still happy with the top two.

Funny to see me come 12th in the semi after an onslaught of DNQ predictions. I hope I can end the year on a high because it's not been a good one so far for us in Ajanaeda, haha. Thank you to everyone who voted for Tiffany and especially Lookylion, Herbilore, and Mothertopia for the big points!
