THE DARK ROOM

This spooky season something spooky this way spooks. Do you think you have what it takes to escape The Dark Room?

It’s simple, you need only make your way over the hill and through the woods.

If you’re feeling brave, sign your country’s name in the book of the beast and step inside. We’ll treat you to an all expenses paid 14-night stay at one of the world’s lowest-rated resorts.

Spiders? We’ve got ‘em. Vampires aplenty. Banshees galore. Oh, and a couple of werewolves for good measure.

You need not state your dietary requirements, the headless chef makes only maggot and pig snout stew, and naturally goblets of blood are on tap.

If you can bear howling winds, impromptu spectral visits, and sleeping on cold, damp cobblestone floors (blankets not included) then jeepers do we have the place for you.

BUT! Be warned …once inside, only one of you will escape with your life.

Well, what are you waiting for?

p.s. everybody say thank you Leww for the magical poster✨

Hiiped for spoopybangers x

I think I know the artist I'm going to send but not decided on the song yet, need to relisten to a few potentials ~

OH MA GAWWD I WSS THINKING LAST NIGHT I WOULD HAVE TO START THIS THIS WEEK!!!

YOU SAVED MER THE HARD WORK!!!

I SHALL... APPLY!!!!

Confirmed 👻

I've decided on a recycle from an artist sent in a previous edition. It's different enough from their previous song sent so I think it's fine?

Hyped,I usually don't do well in this spin-off but looking forward to the discoveries!

(I just need to find something to send...)

Confirmed something unsettling, creepy and possibly crawly. 👀

submitted something which sounds spooky

and the pop bloc is gonna hate this being over 6 minutes long too x

Confirmed. Recycled an artist I have sent previously

Starting to feel like I’m drowning in contests but will try and find something that fits the New Helvetian sound world.

Just so happens I have something perfect.

An act I sent to the main contest previously has a great new single and I'd been wondering about recycling them for that, but it fits really well here, so FSR Hauntvia is slithering back.

Witchericia is back for this 🎃 have gone lazy and self recycled again lol.

I have too many options 🥲

I remembered about one band from 2010 that I loved that would be perfect for this the other day, so I think I might go for it. I don’t have many option for this, surprisingly :’)

unlucky this was somewhere

Submitted a banger!!!!!!!!

Booo

Jadakillnia have submitted something suitably on brand

Oooh Halloween time

I am not aware of whoever that Terra Avium country is in the first post but I can confirm Terror Avium have submitted B-)

Always love this spin off, also come on guys, it’s in the rules that everyone has a spooky name!
