October 13, 200717 yr Author ^what again?! -_- i think they suffered from the This Morning/GMTV curse. Most artists that perform their single on This Morning/GMTV usually end up more or less flopping. Hilary Duff - With Love Stacie Orrico - Im Not Missing You JoJo - Anything Aly & AJ - PBS........
October 13, 200717 yr Yet you like Shabnam? I like HER, love. Not her song. Once again... @ this sh*te flopping :puke2: A truely hideous song.
November 14, 200717 yr WHY OH WHY did this flop? Its ggggreat. Anyone see the half hour MTV reality programme on them?
December 29, 20204 yr What a song. It still hits SO HARD. Quite possibly one of the greatest songs of all time tbqphwy
December 29, 20204 yr I feel bad that I've only just realised that AJ is Lainey from The Goldbergs  (Love the new song!)
January 1, 20214 yr This is arguably one of the best pop songs ever tbh . It’s so timeless and sounds so fresh till this day !
January 4, 20214 yr i kinda love that they've done this and hate it.... when they first got back together, they seemed desperate to chase radio / a bigger audience but by the time 'Sanctuary' had come round, they seemed content with their audience and now this song has hit off on TikToK... they seem to have reverted to radio chasing and keeping the song #1 on iTunes.

I don't blame them for enjoying some attention after they've been overlooked for years. Edited January 4, 20214 yr by blacksquare
January 4, 20214 yr I think the new version is great! First listen was odd, I felt their voices were too mature(?) and the explicit replacements were jarring... But on further listens, the lyrics feel infinitely more natural and the regular version feels like more of a radio edit (and, bearing in mind they were marketed at a Disney channel type audience, I wouldn't be surprised if the label made them adjust the lyrics) - the differences in their vocals and the production set it apart in a distinguished way, it feels like an essential release rather than a cash in!
