February 26, 200818 yr Oh fabulous for Goldfrapp! I said it would happen and I'm so pleased - hope that Declinehouse bint doesn't beat them... Singles chart looks lame though Duffy should do around 80k which even though I'm not huge on her or the song is still good.

The Feeling was released the same day and they have beaten Goldfrapp ever since and i would just like to know if Goldfrapp have finally taken over them! I would LOVE Goldfrapp to do better than anyone else but If it was too happen it would have happened by now! :( Whereas seeing as the Feeling have dropped 6 places does that mean Goldfrapp are currently one place ahead?? :D
February 27, 200818 yr considering that goldfrapp's new album is out, i could see a good number of people downloading just "a&e" this week, so it probably won't have too dramatic of a drop. 14k sales in one day is good - safe bet for at least (or near) 50,000 then, which is amazing!!!
February 27, 200818 yr 20*3.5=70 Thats what people generally use to determine it As Mercy is now out on physicals and they were only available from Monday, I would have thought 70k would be a little conservative. I think 100k is out of reach but would expect 80-85k.
