I would say these all have a slim to large chance at topping the UK chart or at least going top 5 and the reasons why I think this:

Madonna - 4 Minutes Obviously next week's No.1 if it doesn't do it by this Sunday

Wiley - Wearing My Rolex No.1 on iTunes video chart, plus it screams 'surprise hit'

Will.I.Am feat Cheryl Cole - Heartbreaker The version without Cheryl is doing well, the version with her should do far better

Wideboys feat Shaznay Lewis - Daddy O could it be the last big garage hit following T2 and H 'Two' O, it usually goes in three's

Jordin Sparks & Chris Brown - No Air doing well with no promo, imagine how well it will do with a video & airplay

Ting Tings - That's Not My Name Has top 5 written all over it, much better than Great DJ

Duffy - Warwick Avenue might scrape the top 5 but will push her album sales back up

Sara Bareilles - Love Song No.44 on iTunes pop chart with zero promo, plus its the best track of 2008 in my opinion

Ricki-Lee - Can't Touch It Being released on Hard2Beat, enough said...

Rihanna - Take A Bow not on the album, it will appeal to the Unfaithful fans and should go low top 5

Andy Abraham - Even If BBC will be promoting the hell out of it this time next month, if he comes anywhere other than last and gives a good performance it could scrape to No.5 and if it does come last he'll get the sympathy buy

Usher - Love In This Club will be top 5 next week and then top 3 the week after...

I think Dustin The Turkey and Charlotte Perrelli from Eurovision will go top 40, perhaps the winner as well if its not one of these two...

I agree with all of those :)

I'd add Flo Rida - Elevator & Nelly Feat. Fergie - Party People to the list as well, both will have a huge chav following. ''Party People'' is getting LOADS of videoplay and doing fairly well on iTunes already and Elevator is doing good on iTunes despite no air or videoplay.

only usher & madonna i think will be future no.1 out of that lot

what about top 5 :P

Obviously Madonna, not sure about the rest, but the Hard2beat record will probably be a dark horse

Ricki-Lee is huge in Australia, she was on Australian Idol one year and Ned from Neighbours is in the video  think Rihanna meets Michelle from Liberty X

I agree. Only Madonna has number 1 power from the selection. Maybe Usher.

I thought Hard2Beat were a dance label only

obviously they are trying different things...you get the impression whatever songs they release would have excellent promotion on their behalf

I hope your wrong about Wiley - Thats AWFUL!! :puke:

I hope Jordin does well this year! They SHOULD release it! and I hope Take A Bow will be big because at the moment Rihanna fans arent into it but they are Slowly beginning to love it whereas i LOVE IT! :D

Agree with the rest!

Fair list, Rich - I think you will be right about the top 5 status of most of them.

I think Usher will miss out - he released on download far too early, thus diluting his sales across many weeks - and besides, it's hardly been the dominant presence that incipient #1's usually are - three weeks in, and only #14...

You forgot to mention Rihanna, Ben! I see her peaking at #1 with Take A Bow!

Are you serious???? It's the fifth single from an album which has sold quite well, plus it really ain;t that strong, and if dont stop the music or shut up and drive didnt get to number one then this has no chance.

I think Madonna will be one this week and next and as for future ones i think people are really underestimating Usher as i think he will get at least number two but probably number one. And the only other one i can see is that Rolex song!

It's not on the album. It'll be there though on the new version of Good Girl Gone bad which is not yet available!

Oooh ok i see! Didnt realise that. I do hate it when artists do that, seems to rip off fans for a few extra sales. Still dont think it'll get number one though, probably around 3.

I hope you're right about Wiley - Wearing My Rolex

I also think Pendulum - Propane Nightmares will do well, although I think maybe not top 5

Madonna - 4 Minutes I think this will get at least a week at number one with a physical release, not on downloads, love this track

Wiley - Wearing My Rolex Brilliant track, this really should be a surprise hit, I'm thinking number 2 maybe 3 on a good week

Will.I.Am feat Cheryl Cole - Heartbreaker Really hard to predict this one, but I'll say top 5 likely

Wideboys feat Shaznay Lewis - Daddy O Love love love this track so much, deserves to be huge but as its on AATW, I'll say top 10

Jordin Sparks & Chris Brown - No Air Because of the featured artist, I hate this and hope it flops...it won't though so top 10

Ting Tings - That's Not My Name This is a grower...love it so much, maybe a surprise top 5, but top 10 again easily

Duffy - Warwick Avenue I think this will struggle but it will help album sales, so maybe just top 10, more likely top 20

Sara Bareilles - Love Song I've not heard this yet, if its doing that well without promo this could be a top 5

Ricki-Lee - Can't Touch It As said, if this is a Hard2Beat release this could be top 10 easily, look at September/Basshunter/H'Two'O

Rihanna - Take A Bow I have heard this and I do not like this at all, hopefully top 20 but could scrape top 5

Andy Abraham - Even If ????...this will be lucky to get top 20 with promo let alone top 5, Eurovision tracks dont usually chart that well

Usher - Love In This Club This is the biggest of the tracks mentioned, unfortunately. I hate Usher but this wil be top 3, please not number 1

Other than that, nothing on the release schedule shouts number 1 or even top 3 hit, so I really don't know.

I think, after Estelle getting to number one which I really didnt see coming, Madonna should get one week, maybe Usher could get some time with a physical release, but like I say, the charts are so unpredictable at the moment I've found it so hard to guess what will happen!!!!

Scooch went top 5 last year and Daz Sampson went top 10 in 2006...but they did get the kiddie sales which Andy won't get...
