Mine sticks out like a sore thumb among all the pop stuff  I'm so HISTORY, I do like Sangria, plays again

You've got a fair few points from Kopecka so I wouldn't count yourself out just yet even if I'm apprehensive for your chances :(

I do I do, convert them to wma's (64kbps) :magic: Or that's what I do

I have a few questions. Do they really not lose quality? Can iTunes/iPods read wma files? Do you know if they can be made into .rar files? How do I convert a file from .mp3 to wma?

I haven't got many yet Tyron and I haven't totalled them up. 3 people from the first semi have voted and one from the second. So some people will obviously have no points at the moment. :P

iTunes can convert WMAs into MP3s...

What quality are they at the moment because 64kbps is rubbish...(i use that for songs on my phone to save space as i bearly listen to them )

iTunes automatically converts wma files to mp3 upon transferrence :D Anything can be made into a .rar file, and there are sites online that can convert these files, or get you a program that can ^_^

do we have any re-cap videos as i've just finished listening and need refreshing...thanks

Thanks for the votes so far. I've got a few more than I thought already.

Does anyone know a mp3 to wma converter specifically? I downloaded one and it was rubbish because it cut out about a minute of each song. :(

*Shadowan votes have been sent* :hic:

Just to confirm the semi-final procedures - The votes of each country and the number of votes received won't be revealed right? You'll just announce 'in no particular order' the songs going through into the final like they do in ESC?

?

Just search google for "wma to mp3 converter" and you'll get millions of programs. One of them is bound to work.

Yeah that's how it will go. ^_^

I was actually looking for a mp3 to wma converter. I seem to have found one that's working so far but for some reason the songs are longer after they've been converted but I listened to it and it sounded alright.

EDIT: Ah, I just listened to another song that I knew, Atomic Kitten, and it looks like this program just slows down the song because the singer from Atomic Kitten sounded a bit like a man!

Aaron don't trouble yourself. Sure we can find a realistic way to do it between now and the next Contest...it just seems like too hard work to get bogged down in.

Maybe this one?

Haha, surely you'll find one eventually. Even if it is just a trial one or whatever. ;o

Why do you need it in .wma though? Are you using the Windows Movie Maker program? If so, that one takes mp3s as well...

What I needed it for was to make a .rar for each semi-final small enough to put on RapidShare.

But I've just thought of a much better solution. I just realised I downloaded the audio from the Youtube videos at 256 kbps, so all I need to do is change a few songs to something like 128 kbps until the file would be small enough. I'm sure there's a really easy way to do this, but at the moment I'm just opening the song in Audacity and choosing "Export as MP3" which is halving is to 128 kbps.

The only thing about this is that some files will be 256 kbps and some will be 128 kbps, but the difference shouldn't be that noticeable.

OMG LIAMFULLER AND ADI GALIA ARE BROTHERS? :o This is a revelation!

I thought it was very tough... the songs that i havent heard before are on par with the ones i have heard before so it was really hard for me too :(

There are some standouts though

Ojnoj's votes are in
