The flop of Sonny J is so disappointing - and for the second time as well! :manson:

It would be nice if McFly could enter the top 10 downloads by the end of the week. Haven't a clue how possible that is though with this being sort of new for them.

 

Is that Bonnie Tyler song on that Gorilla Cadbury advert or something?

I thought so, I guessed straight away that Bonnie Tyler would re-enter the chart after seeing it but couldn't remember if it was that song. I'm guessing the other adverts new song will enter the charts too or has (and I haven't realised). Those adverts are so daft, especially the racing one.

I hope she does make the chart and do a phil collins of last year that would be great :D

2 re-releases this year that did better than last year: Sonny J and Colbie Caillat. Bring on 2009! :P

Yeah Sonny J is gone...its not in the top 100 at all, there is no way that it would fall from 42 to out the top 100 in a few hours!

 

Also, how can it be doing so bad if it is playlisted on Radio 1 and Capital radio!

 

Maybe its been deleted, as it didnt look like it was the Mirwais remix that was charting. Maybe they will bring it out next week, I haven't seen any of the CD's in the shops and it gots its physical release this week apparently!

 

But there website hasnt changed anythign!

 

They are doing a show on Radio 2 this week and they are doing two in store signings...couple of hundred copies and I am sure that they will be in the top 40.

 

Gutted though. I thought my university (Strathclyde) was the only one's that snagged them for the Freshers Week, but it looks like Edinburgh got them too! bast*rds

Best #1 the UK will have seen for AGES. I'm sorry; I'm going to be completely honest in my opinion here: Sex on Fire (if it in fact reaches #1) will be the best #1 since Umbrella, and anyone who intensely dislikes it has a $h!t taste in music. WOO.
