The Denial Twist is fabulous. I wasn't that fond of the Get Behind Me Satan era, but TDT was a highlight.
I really hate them :puke: the way the lead singer bends down like the Hunchback of Notre Dame when he sings is really annoying, I don't like his voice and I don't like any of their songs, lyrically or musically :(

the only half decent song I heard of theirs was when I was in Woolies once (RIP :snif:) and a song about Michaela Strachan was on

Michaela Strachan  It's a hidden track after 'James Bond' on the album! Deserved a release TBH!

Most of the album deserved to be reeased tbf...it all sounds virtually the same

Glad you like it! :o

I agree, GBMS wasn't their best era though :(

However Juranamoo, you're entry is amaze

I have the Black Holes & Revlations albums...and KOC is BY FAR the best song on it for me

Elephant was the peak of their creativity. :(

Scouting For Girls are VILE :puke:

I wouldn't say that - They're pretty unoffensive, happy poprock songs which I'm always rae happy to see pop up on my iPod even though I'd never seek them out myself. ^_^

PLEASEEEEEE Confirm Train! Will definately be fighting for my 12 points!

:heehee: I don't really know why I wrote that tbh, I'd seen loads of people asking for other peoples opinions! Oh well...

Thank you, think I'll go with the White Stripes, but I've just noticed that 'The Denial Twist' went in at #10 too (:o) so I think I'll go with that instead!

Thanks Matt! Didn't see that you'd reserved it before! :o

Blur

Have you confirmed yours yet, Martin?

If not, you can have Blur if you want!

Thanks Matt! Didn't see that you'd reserved it before! :o

I kept on changing my reservations! It was hard to make my mind up when there are so many classics to choose from.

I have confirmed a Snap classic already

I've been changing my tracks like a used pair of pants, I don't want to annoy James anymore

Since the site is going offline and might not be back until Sunday morning I'll make some kinda pre-reservation (if that is ok that is). So I'd like to keep both Garbage's Milk and Samantha Fox's Do Ya Do Ya reserved until Sunday (I actually couldn't find right now the official music video for the Garbage track from YouTube, just some fairly poor live versions and anime versions etc so I have to see if I can even find the right video for the track since I think I'll switch if I just can find the damn video). So if the site won't be back before the deadline on Sunday this is my official entry (and yes, I know I will bomb if I use this since it pretty much equals to death in this competition to use tracks pre mid-nineties/pre-millennium) but if the site is back up before deadline I might change (I know I'm being complicated but I have actually some friends coming over on Saturday night to drink and I thought about using them as my national final jury - thou I think Garbage will win that one). So if the site won't be back up on Sunday by the deadline (and since there is no BJSC section on the back-up site) here is my so-called just-in-case confirmation:

Country: Land Of Jack

Artist: Samantha Fox

Song: Do Ya Do Ya (Wanna Please Me)
