Posted February 6, 200916 yr Woo. An extract taken from a Digital Spy interview; When will we see a new album from you? "I'm working on a new one now - and 'Take Me Back' will be on it. It should be out in the summer but I haven't got an exact date yet. It's not all going to sound like the single, but it's all going to sound like me. If you like me, you'll like it." Can we expect any collaborations on it? "Yeah, I've been collaborating with everyone from Craig David to Wiley to Frankmusik. Obviously I want to keep it real and not just collaborate for the sake of it. If I make something good with someone, it will go on the album." Frankmusik is tipped for big things this year. How was it working with him? "He's a good friend of mine now, man. We spent a lot of time in the studio just chilling before we starting recording anything. Then the labels would call up and we'd be like, 'Yeah yeah, we're recording!' He produced a couple of tracks on my album and I did one for his. It worked really well." He's also supporting on tour this year... wait for it.... N-Dubz. :heehee: I'll be seeing that. :o The Frankmusik collabs should be interesting, but I PRAY that the Craig David song (songs if more have been recorded) don't make it on the album.
February 6, 200916 yr He's been severely underrated until recently. I'm glad he's starting to creep into the mainstream
February 7, 200916 yr Author He's been severely underrated until recently. I'm glad he's starting to creep into the mainstream The result being more mainstream songs, which aren't as good as his other material. :( But I hope he sticks but what he said, "It's not all going to sound like the single, but it's all going to sound like me. If you like me, you'll like it."
February 21, 200916 yr Author New track leaked, Number One [ft. Dappy of N-Dubz]. It's pretty poppy, again, more mainstream and less underground, but he assures that the new album will be the same as all his other work.. Never knew he had a blog!; http://tinchystryder.wordpress.com/
February 23, 200916 yr 'Number 1' (With Daffy Duck from N Dubz) is going to be a MASSIVE Spring/Summer Hit! It's just as good (if not BETTER) than 'Take Me Back'...
May 30, 200916 yr So after Number 1 got to, well, number 1, he's got 'Never Leave You' lined up for the third single, with Sugababe Amelle on guest vocals  As reported here. I am officially extremely excited.

May 30, 200916 yr Ooh I'm excited! :o I loved both 'Take Me Back' and 'Number One' majorly so this should be good, especially with Amelle on backing vocals! Can't wait!
May 30, 200916 yr Author That's interesting new third single. :) What about re-release Stryderman? :kink: Hopefully he'll do that. :heehee: Or he'll release 'My 95's'
June 4, 200916 yr Pretty catchy like all his other songs from this era so far. Will wait to give my full opinion until I hear it in HQ though, as that radio edit is painfully bad to listen to with all the jingles played over the top ahaha.
June 4, 200916 yr There is an amazin Quality rip floatin about. It's got no tags. It's just sensational. This HAS to go to #1
June 4, 200916 yr Tinchy Stryder \ 'Never Leave You' = the best RnB / Urban track I've heard since Umbrella IMHO. I absolutely adore this. If this is not a UK #1 hit by the end of July I will be amazed.
June 4, 200916 yr Author Sounds good! Still can't wait for his album, should be interesting, hope it's as good as the Cloud 9 EP.

If this is not a UK #1 hit by the end of July I will be amazed. I agree it's very good - a 9/10 for me - and an obvious contender for the top spot soon, and everybody knows I love me anything Sugababes, but I wouldn't say this was the best R&B single in two years. Perhaps the one of the best British tracks, but there've been far greater from America (the four that spring to mind instantly are Alicia's No One, Brandy's Right Here, Nas' Hero and Trina's Single Again) and from Tinchy himself...
