You’ve waited long enough for this thread. Becky Hill has become a household name that many dance fans will know and love because of her vibrant voice that brings any song she’s recorded on to life. She has been bringing joy to dance lovers for years now, ever since 2013 when she made an uncredited appearance on Wilkinson’s only Top 10 single Afterglow. Since then she has built up an impressive resumé of dance collaborations and has started to get some chart success with her own material too (albeit with a dance producer’s name attached). She is a much sought after British recording artist, and here is the evidence why. Afterglow (with Wilkinson) Powerless (with Rudimental) Gecko (Overdrive) (with Oliver Heldens) All My Love (with Watermät) Piece Of Me (with MK) False Alarm (with Matoma) Sing It Back (with Pete Tong with The Heritage Orchestra) Back & Forth (with MK & Jonas Blue) I Could Get Used To This (with Weiss) Wish You Well (with Sigala) Lose Control (with Meduza & Goodboys) Better Off Without You (with Shift K3Y) Nothing Really Matters (with Tiësto) Over You (with Tiësto) Heaven On My Mind (with Sigala) Which of her current dance features is your favourite? Which dance producers would you like to see her feature with in the future? It was not an easy task to rate these songs in order of favourite, but after a few attempts this is how I would rate her current dance features from most to least favourite; 1. Afterglow (with Wilkinson) 2. Wish You Well (with Sigala) 3. Piece Of Me (with MK) 4. I Could Get Used To This (with Weiss) 5. False Alarm (with Matoma) 6. Gecko (Overdrive) (with Oliver Heldens) 7. Lose Control (with Meduza & Goodboys) 8. Back & Forth (with MK & Jonas Blue) 9. Nothing Really Matters (with Tiësto) 10. Better Off Without You (with Shift K3Y) 11. All My Love (with Watermät) 12. Heaven On My Mind (with Sigala) 13. Over You (with Tiësto) 14. Sing It Back (with Pete Tong with The Heritage Orchestra) 15. Powerless (with Rudimental) She could have her pick of almost any producer she wanted at this stage of her career, she’s got such a recordable voice it is insane. Of those she hasn’t worked with yet that I would like to see happen I would pick Kygo and CamelPhat as collaborations I could see happening someday. |

wow this is really great collection of dance tunes!
Afterglow, still, is my favourite, even if I hadn't known for a long time that Becky is a singer there. |

I'm actually gonna go with 'Wish You Well', although there were quite a few strong contenders here!

'Piece of Me' I think is the best imo.
Rest of the top 5 would be 'Afterglow', 'Gecko', 'Back and Forth' & 'Wish You Well'. 'Better Off Without You' after that. She's a competent vocalist and featuring on dance tracks is definitely a huge career advantage. This being clear from her solo stuff not doing as well as features. |

Such a hard choice to make as there's so many great tunes here! Went with 'Wish You Well' in the end.

'False Alarm' and I doubt she'll top that for me. Incredible song and she sounds gorgeous on it. It should have smashed

If you’ve not voted for your favourite Becky Hill dance collaboration, make sure you do! Wish You Well just winning with a slender lead at the moment.

Is this the final boss, Wardy?
It's a close one but I'm giving it to Afterglow. It has that timeless feel to it. Powerless a very close second though, probably my fave Rudi song and her best vocal input in terms of ability imo. |

So many gems here but 'Afterglow' was the first and remains the best, I remember hearing it on Now 86 not long after it came out and assuming Wilkinson was the singer and just had a high voice :')

Oh, such a luggage of hits!
'Wish You Well' stands out for me BUT 'Gecko', 'Afterglow', 'False Alarm' and 'Back and Forth' complete the top 5. Amazing singer, wish all the best for her. This post has been edited by photografdemon: 29th July 2020, 08:22 AM |

'Wish You Well' followed SUPER close by 'Gecko (Overdrive)', I guess WYW took it just for being more current. Both make me go OFF.
