Why... because I can. Her music is utter drivel & I'm a bitter angry man. No but seriously people dont look as good (the way the world wants) in press releases as in real life. Beyonce is black in reality, I mean blacker than in the pictures & video's, actually a black woman as opposed to that dark skinned white chick that we see. Rihanna has massive thighs, I know you dont see that in her promo stuff but check the images from live performaces.

 

Promotional material is made to make the artist look how we want to see them. People sitting at computers make the image to suit the requirements.
