I think the chart is to hard to call, Ga Ga's single is out on Friday and it may only be 2 days sales but I expect it to sell bucketloads just in those 2 days

Has anyone even heard it yet?

I might buy it just to try & deny Chris Brown a (share of) #1...

Pink stuck at 11 again! This chart is so poo its giving me a headache.

 Poor Pink. I hope it get's top ten at some point.

Lady GaGa will not get anywhere near #1. Britney only got to #6 on six days of sales. GaGa will be extremely lucky to make the top 10 on two days of sales.

Yeah, if she makes top 10 on 2 days sales I'd classify that as a HUGE achievement.

It's not even been officially confirmed to be released for download on Friday, it's only been confirmed by GaGa that it will premiere on Friday.

Glad Champion is number 1, but I love that and Price Tag  S&M will go top 10 I'm hoping by Sunday ^_^ Was hoping/thinking James Blake would be higher in the albums though :(

I'd argue that Gaga is bigger than Britney is right now, and has more hype. But they might leave BTW til Sunday instead.

Yeah but did you see HIAM's instant success pretty much everywhere else in the world? These early releases are never going to be as big as they are elsewhere in the world (having said that The Time (Dirty Bit) did around the same as the US here)

Chipmunk is not part of the On Air/On Sale thing, Champion has been on R1's playlist for a while.

And yet I haven't heard it or its so bland and forgettable I can't remember it. Yeah, it sure sounds like a UK no.1.

This is from a fan forum:

Feb 11th - BORN THIS WAY radio release

Feb 13th - 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper (Interview)

Feb 13th - BORN THIS WAY Grammy Award performance

Feb 14th - BORN THIS WAY digital release

Feb 14th - BORN THIS WAY Jay Leno performance

Its a Universal release, so it be ON Air/ON Sale release

6k ahead??? This is going to have monster sales, I think.
Champion for 80k plus, wouldn't be surprised if it sold the same as Ke$ha's first week sales, I predict Jessie J just under 70k this Sunday

Lady Gaga is so massive and her hype is so big, she will lose out on a considerable amount of sales in those 3 days, although perhaps not enough to score her a Top 10 placing this Sunday

Nevertheless, it increases her chances of a number one next week

Anyone know where Same Difference's new album is? Hope it can at least make the Top 75.

Yes I am hoping they'll do well, it's a good album.

Anyone?

Not top 40, otherwise we would have listed it in the update.

Neon Trees still not top 40 :( I really hope it gets there after skirting around the top 50 for a while.

This reminds me very much of 'Love Drunk' by Boys Like Girls which was top 40 on iTunes for a few weeks but only peaked at #44 officially.

Its chart run also started 48-44, which exactly mimics Animal apart from being one place lower in its second week.
