March 20, 201115 yr its spent five weeks at number 1 in the US, surprising how much the contrast is between the here and there :o Yeah. I think Born This Way could actually be a contender for year-end #1 in the US. The way their chart works, it's extremely difficult for a song released after around May-time to get it.
March 20, 201115 yr So, when is this second video for BTW coming then? It's been cancelled :( But another remix EP is out at the end of the month. I love her but I wish she'd released a picture disc, and done some promo.
March 20, 201115 yr As much as I dislike GaGa, 'Born this Way' has grown on me significantly. Same for me, I really like this now. I still consider it her weakest single so far not including Chillin' (which isn't really hers) and Eh Eh (which wasn't a UK single).
March 20, 201115 yr its spent five weeks at number 1 in the US, surprising how much the contrast is between here and there :o Contrast, see Scherzinger, Nicole.
March 20, 201115 yr I hope the releative underperfermance of BTW doesn't mean her album will underperfom. I said before her album will be huge but I'm starting to doubt that? I actually do have a feeling there's a horrible "sophomore slump" coming. Hopefully the next single is better to get her back on track. It's had 6 weeks in the Top 10 so it isn't doing too poorly. . Relatively poorly. It's sold well, but it doesn't look like its sales will come close to the sales of her four #1s - which is very surprising considering it was her big comeback and it has no abum sales to take away from it yet.
March 20, 201115 yr Wait, what knocked this out of the top 5? I swear it was top 5 in the mids  EDIT: Or maybe not, it's last week's top 3 plus Nicole and TW ahead. Edited March 20, 201115 yr by Bray
March 20, 201115 yr Same for me, I really like this now. I still consider it her weakest single so far not including Chillin' (which isn't really hers) and Eh Eh (which wasn't a UK single). I'd rank them (all singles including those released as singles in other countries): Chillin' Video Phone Alejandro Telephone Dance in the Dark Born This Way Just Dance Eh Eh Monster Bad Romance Paparazzi Poker Face

March 20, 201115 yr Wait, what knocked this out of the top 5? I swear it was top 5 in the mids  Top 5 are Rihanna, Jessie J, Adele, The Wanted & Nicole Scherzinger. I'm guessing Rihanna is number 5
March 20, 201115 yr Contrast, see Scherzinger, Nicole. true that  Wiz out of the top 5 :( oh well, it should have a decent chart run anyway Do people think Boyle/Kay will get to No1 next Sunday? most likely, yes Edited March 20, 201115 yr by chart wizard
March 20, 201115 yr Yeah. I think Born This Way could actually be a contender for year-end #1 in the US. The way their chart works, it's extremely difficult for a song released after around May-time to get it. Yeh true, Love the way you lie would of got it if it was released about 2 weeks earlier. California Gurls was #1 year end last year and it was released in May, Love The way you lie was released in June.
March 20, 201115 yr Same for me, I really like this now. I still consider it her weakest single so far not including Chillin' (which isn't really hers) and Eh Eh (which wasn't a UK single). Yeah, it's definitely her weakest single, and it really annoys me how much it reminds me of 'Express Yourself' (<_<) but I really like the message behind it, and the tune is really catchy.
March 20, 201115 yr (16) Snoop Dogg-Sweat I like this tune from Snoop, at least he's doing better than today than he did durning his Gansta phase.

March 20, 201115 yr I have a horrible feeling that Adele will get #1. :( I also have a horrible feeling that I'm deluding myself. Don't know really. Rooting for Nicole! I think she can do it! :D
March 20, 201115 yr the US chart is system is indeed very bizarre. BTW being #1 for FIVE weeks (and is a contender now for biggest #1 ong of the year) yet doing mediocore w.w. is similiar to Madonna Take A Bow which was a massive #1 in the US (her biggest one), yet did poorly worldwide and is regarding by many as one her weakest singles ever lol.
March 20, 201115 yr Does that song REALLY say something like 'she's not a lesbian but still a freak though'? :manson:
