I think 'She Makes Me Wanna' is their best yet! It certainly isn't grating on me yet, which the others all seem to.

Dev's feature is utterly pointless but apart from that I think it's a pretty solid pop song.

Got their first album for Christmas a few years back and I didn't really like it...

Hope the next single is along the lines of 'Beat Again' though I doubt it. We really need an R&B boyband!

Simon Cowell has nothing to do with JLS, they're on Epic. Why are people still making this mistake?

Ishi and Eric Turner will no doubt be on the same song as usual. Their songs are always great. I think Ishi also produced Game Over by Tinchy Stryder.

And it seems there IS a Cataracs song in the end! :D I thought She Makes Me Wanna would be produced by The Cataracs, because Dev is on it, so I was rather pissed off to find it was produced by RedOne. :drama:

 People are always so quick to blame anything they can on Simon Cowell!

whoever it is that keeps churning this rubbish out regularly needs to sort it out! jls should go away for a couple of years and come back with an album that is actually critically successful rather than just throwing out mediocre music that will never last the test of time.

The Cataracs song should be pretty decent, I'd imagine "She Makes Me Wanna" would have sounded better being produced by them rather than RedOne. Saying that, SMMW's genericism was largely derived from the lyrics - the production was pretty good.

2nd Single - Take A Chance On Me

30 second clip from 1:28 in this video

Please let this be an ABBA cover!

edit: Didn't realise there was a 30 second clip at the end. It has ruined my fun! :( Sounds quite different to what JLS have done before so I'm looking forward to it :D

It actually reminds me alot of Pixie Lott's Broken Arrow! :o

Me too :o But they do release rightly, they know slower tempo songs are right for winter!

Poor Pixie's getting herself ripped off left right and centre these days - half the songs on Demi Lovato's new album sound quite Pixie! Not that Pixie was too original in the first place anyway

It's decent from the clip! I'm glad it's another ballad. I loved 'Love You More' (one of a handful) and I think they actually deliver pretty well at them.

Definitely! And that they are great to lead an album with, especially if they've led with another lead single which in this case was upbeat in the summer. Spot on strategy!
