THIS BETTER NOT BE THIS SONGS PEAK

Why hasn't this matched the success of it's iTunes peaks?! :( It was 11-13 all week! IIRC. This $h!t better go top 10!

This sounds like an album track from 'The E.N.D.' As much as I'm of the Black Eyed Peas, even in this 'generic period', this is pretty poor.

The thing is, this is a generic period, but in this case the BEPs are the ones with a generic song. Just Can't Get Enough was at least different to everything else in the chart, but Don't Stop the Party sounds the same as the stuff that Pitbull, Lady Gaga, LMFAO, David Guetta, etc. are putting out. :(

I really like Sweat, such a summer song, and I always run to it on the treadmill.

Also really grown to Dont Stop The Party! Verses are weak but Chorus is catchy!

Superbass has also grown on me..a lot..and its nicki minaj  She's won me over, its amazing this time last year I really disliked her  But her chatting $h!t just makes me laugh, and this is such a catchy song.

Big climb for Edge Of Glory and likely to climb well next week too with video!

Lady GaGa is a dance-pop singer from New York City. Born Stefani Germanotta in Yonkers in 1986, she attended the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU while performing at open-mic nights. A collaboration with rapper/producer Akon led to her signing with Interscope Records, which released her debut album THE FAME in October 2008. She scored a number one hit and a Grammy nomination with "Just Dance," which topped the charts in several other countries, but The Fame truly exploded in 2009 thanks to the single "Poker Face." By 2010, Gaga was one of the biggest stars in the world, aided by her new EP The Fame Monster and its single "Bad Romance." - HMV

EDIT: Decided this looks better and less chaotic without being in size 1.

Shame to think Snoop Dogg is unlikely to have another hit from the latest album - although that's mostly down to the David Guetta production; thus making it ideal for clubs/radio.

Yeah. His next single is the song with T-Pain, but I don't see it doing too well. :(

I think Snoop Dogg will still have a few more chart hits this year though. He raps on Mann's next single, which should be in the chart next week! :D

I mean like that I'm a big fan of the Black Eyed Peas, even though they're making generic songs for The E.N.D & The Beginning. If that makes sense?

Oh on topic of Gaga I LOVE Hair!!!! One of my favourite songs from her :o :)
'The Edge of Glory' is failing to get old for me! (Just like 'Paparazzi' and 'Dance In the Dark'!) It deserved a much, much better video though. :( Hopefully it can climb back inside the top 10 next week and hopefully re-peak.

I'm a massive fan of them too! :D

I don't think they're that generic. I Gotta Feeling, Meet Me Halfway and Don't Stop the Party are quite generic, but I wouldn't say The Time, Imma Be or Boom Boom Pow were, for example.

Me too, yesterday I listen to it a couple of times :heehee:

Nice to see Rihanna stabilising now with one of her best songs. So pleased it's gone to be a moderate hit for her! Was expecting worse to be honest (considering the albums sales for her)
