June 29, 201115 yr If they don't want to playlist generic pop songs, that's fine (infact, I agree with them on that, in a way), but surely shouldn't they base it on the individual songs, rather than the artists? They should just say like "All Night Long is generic, we won't play that, but Start Without You is different to everything else, so we'll playlist that" or whatever. And do the same for other artists too, so JLS can get their interesting songs on the playlist, but their boring songs, like this new one, will get ignored. I believe it's wrong too, but it's the way it's always been unfortunately. :( If they decide they don't want to playlist an artist anymore for whatever reason then that's it, it doesn't matter what they release.

R1 always seem to stop supporting XF artists after some time regardless of success, I fully expected them to snub SMMW but it looks like it'll probably be their 7th straight song to get on the A-List. June 29, 201115 yr Oh Lord, Gaga's 'The Edge of Glory' still A-listed - it's not as if they don't play it enough at the moment. All I've been hearing the past week is Gaga and Adele's 'Set Fire to the Rain'. As for the new additions, it's great to see them supporting Cher Lloyd - should give her a nice top 40 debut with 'Swagger Jagger' - it's certainly not as bad as I remember it being first time listening. Great to see Miles Kane, Katy Perry, Wu Lyf and Chipmunk all getting support though - with JLS a predictable addition to the playlist. (A) Chase & Status ft. Tinie Tempah 'Hitz' = woo!

Cher was good in XF but got worse and worse towards the end and this new single just isn't good :( I also wish JLS could f**k off and Nicki Minaj shouldn't be climbing :puke: Great to see C&S on the A-list, Beyonce not so great however :puke: :puke:

Yeah, she won the talent show the previous year and I remember telling her to go on x factor because I was 11 at the time and then we fell out because I caught her smoking... hahaha i actually found out that she was on live shows before her auditions even started because some drunk person blabbed it at a party. Anyway, great to see Adele still on A-list. I prefer SFTTR to SLY and RITD and I would love Ellie just to release one more single so she plays on the radio hahahha

She went to the Chase (which is also famous for Mr. Robinson getting done for 4 years for having an affair with a pupil) Before she got kicked out left after a fight and moved to Dysons.
