If a passing resemblance is enough to make a song a 'rip-off' you could say any song is a 'rip-off' :unsure: Till The World Ends is hardly the most original song anyway.

 

If SMMW is a rip-off of anything it's of Yeah 3X and then by extension I'm Not Alone (which they also ripped off in 'Eyes Wide Shut')

Yeah, She Makes Me Wanna sounds most like Yeah 3x to me. And also like Dirty Dancer and More. Till the World Ends sounds like Blow by Ke$ha to me (although Ke$ha wrote both songs, which might have a bit to do with it).

Kanye is so popular there after his previous album.

I think You and I will be big. The thing is, it went top 10 on iTunes after the album was released (as high as #6 or #7 I think). So surely with more radio airplay and a music video, it can get at the very least that high again.
