God forbid X Factor contestants use some imagination. I like Someone Like You, but...

Anyway, Spacebound! One of the best songs around right now!

I actually agree with Reggie, I really hope they don't use 'Someone Like You' on X Factor.

I actually want them to rape it just to see how high its sales can get before the end of the year. :D I want it to reach 1.2 million i.e 2x Platinum.

I agree. Plus, if I ever auditioned for X Factor, I'd sing something less known. Anybody who performs SLY will just be compared to Adele, which will make them look bad.

If I auditioned on X Factor I'd probably perform Black and Yellow or something.

"Someone like you" is fated to be the new "Look-at-me-I-can-sing" option for all the wannabes out there.
Spacebound is AWFUL! :puke: The worst song in the top 40!

Speaking of Adele and platinum certifications :kink: Rolling In The Deep passed 600k a while ago and will pass 700k in a couple of weeks, yet it still hasn't been certified platinum :o

It really wouldn't be rude, Reggie, don't think like that!

:o What don't you like about it? The chorus?

I think the beat is a bit meh tbh, but I think it's a great song overall.

Quite a few songs never get certified for some reason. I assume they can't be bothered or something.

Indeed, on my last day in Year 9 we had a prize assembly and a girl in my year performed Someone Like You. She was dreadful. Sounded like Rebecca Black minus autotune.

ERIC BLOB = NU CHER LLOYD

'On The Floor' I'd go as far to say this is my favourite song of 2011 (don't wanna ruin it for my 2011 countdown, which I probably won't finish - I think I only got up to #86 of my 2010 countdown).

I'd sing 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall' by Coldplay.

 I don't think I'd be anywhere near as good as Cher though.

That's a good song to sing actually. I hope someone does. So there's at least some chance of there being a rock song in the year-end top 100. :drama:

Wow On The Floor has had such an incredible chart run, I still love it!

I think i'd sing Set Fire To The Rain to get it in the top 10 :heehee: If i was going to sing an Adele song that is! :P

3 new entries already and not even in tp 30 yet! :)

I'd sing 4'33'' by John Cage, I think it'd really highlight how much singing talent I have.

Have they gotten back into the habit of playing the entire top 40 now? Great news if so!

LOVE this far more than I ever thought I would too, RedOne rarely does wrong in my eyes and this is very 90s
