Good to see the Arctics climb in the albums. Shame their new single won't dent the top 40 (or 100 for that matter).

She wouldn't still be here today if she just sat back and always did as she was told. If she needed to, Kylie would be pushy.

 

Well she's been making hints that she's unhappy with her label since X...and i've seen no evidence of her doing something about it.

I can appreciate that. You do agree that Kylie needs to fire her team though right? It's been constant mess ups with her career since Body language to be honest. She deserves better.

 

I do agree that she needs to move labels and make changes to her team. They just dont seem to be hitting the mark.

 

But as a professional and a person I would not change. I would not want her to be pushy. Then again we dont know how pushy she actually is behind the scenes.

Nero number 1 :D sales will probably be complete shit, but they have a number 1 single and album under their belt :D I wish they'd play a new track from the album that's number 1, instead of that 'album in 30 seconds' things they always do :(

And following on from my list earlier in the thread, 'Watch The Throne' becomes only the 20th album to be top 5 for more than one week in the first 34 weeks of 2011, with Rihanna, Bruno and Adele x2 hogging most of the weeks (there have been 170 top 5 slots available and 91 of them (53.5%) have been taken up by those 4 albums alone!)

You're right although there was a hint that she may switch labels? I don't know anymore as I haven't followed it for months.

 

BTW you can never know what background agreements are there so she can't left or can't do something about it.

I support it: a little longer album chart (top 10 and played 1-2 songs from the albums) + future singles.

The rundown of the album chart during the singles Top 40 show is almost as much of a waste of time as Celebrity Chart Numbers if you ask me. By all means have a separate album rundown, but keep it away from the main chart.
