The Saturdays won't end, even If Una has to take some time off it's hardly going to make a huge difference with one member missing for a short while in public performances. The public will know the reason, It's not like she would be deserting the band!

Loving Itunes having it's own promotion in reducing prices of songs. Jealousy & JOH both deserve to have longetivity and success IMO.

The Saturdays really CAN'T split at the moment. They're the biggest UK girl group in the industry right now. They're pretty much the only girl group guaranteed to get a hit whilst Girls Aloud aren't around...
They wouldn't split just because one of them is pregnant. All five maybe. They could just pick someone random from the street to replace her like the Sugababes do if needs be.
The Saturdays WILL continue, there is still four of them, not two unlike Sugababes & Atomic Kitten.

I certainly hope they continue! :o If they don't, who else will give us dance-pop musi- oh wait...

But I read that their next single is apparently a ballad! :o

@unahealy Una Healy

And just to reassure all Saturdays fans its all systems go and I will be remaining fully committed to the band and our Tour in December x

They're not going anywhere :)

Rihanna in 'doing well' shocker...?

 no, more the fact that it has risen so quickly after it seemed like it was destined to stay in the late teens/low 20s

Rihanna in 'doing well' shocker...?

For a fifth single that hasn't really been involved in any controversy or had any heavy promotion, it's doing amazingly well! OG and WMN got performed on X Factor, S&M was controversial and CKB was used on that Nivea advert. I wish the Rated R era was this big!

Rihanna in 'doing well' shocker...?
Considering it's the 5th/6th (depending if you count MD or not...) official single from an album that's sold well over a million (over 1.5 ?) and seemed to stall in the late twenties for a while, then I'd say it was a shock it's doing so well. I still stand by the fact that this song will be the ultimate drinking anthem. Right near fresher's week too... Students will eat it up.

One of Rihanna's singles even missed the top 40 last year! All major artists have had singles that have done poorly. Despite what some people try to claim, no artist is guaranteed to get "anything" in the top 10.

Rihanna's 2 previous singles missed the top 20 in the US aswell.

It's the 5th single. Man Down only got released as a single in the US and some of Europe. It flopped in the US tbh, but it's done really well in some of Europe! I think it got to #1 in France or something! Maybe we'll get it as the 6th single here.

Was 'Man Down' an actual release here though? Apart from the urban stations (like Radio 1Xtra, Kiss etc...) and urban tv channels etc, I don't think it got pushed as a proper single. Which is why it missed the top 40. Had it received Radio 1/Capital support, I think it could have been massive for her. I don't think it would have failed to go top 40...

I'm really routing for 'Cheers (Drink to That)' to go top 10 officially for her. She's not had an era where all her releases have peaked top 10 yet and 'Loud' is very deserving of that!

EDIT: Eric what track was you talking about that missed the top 40? 'Rockstar 101'?

Yep it's definitely sold over 1.5m now, think it's closing in on 1.6m - so close to overtaking GGGB, didn't think she'd manage monster sales like that here again!

I feel like I always say it, but Rihanna is literally THE perfect popstar! Plus, apparently album 6 is due out before the end of the year...she never stops!

With almost any other artist I'd agree C(DTT)'s success is surprising, but this is Rihanna we're talking about  Granted, 'Hard' did flop but that was off a pretty floppy era by her standards. C(DTT) has massively outperformed CKB in the USA and will deservedly do the same here.
