And its not because of Amazon either, as LD is #85 there... It happened the same thing with her debut single... Awful peak and chart run on iTunes But #10 on Tuesdays midweeks... although it fell to #27 or so on Sunday's official chart... You could buy a bundle which had a maxi cd , vinyl and signed cd all for just £2 off nicola's site I guess that is where most people are buying it from.

September 21, 201114 yr I am hoping Pixie can climb back to #06 come Friday's midweek updates. I doubt Nicola Roberts will make the top 40 now, I am thinking around #43, I think she will be around #36 in tomorrow's midweek.

September 21, 201114 yr Has she got any more promo lined up this week? She's done at least two performances as far as I know, it seems like people just aren't clicking with her, which is a shame because I think both of her singles are excellent... Hopefully the album does alright

The thing is what time was the track deleted, I could understand if the track was deleted from 00:01 it should have zero sales for the day. I think it depends on the time factor when the track was deleted. I think Nicola's physicals have shrunk quite a bit, its hardly propping up the iTunes chart, I just don't understand her small drop at the moment, I did expect it to be lower than 28, anyhow her day hasn't been lucky enough for her. ;)

If they went to the trouble of paying to have the track chart eligible (last I heard this costs £75) I can't understand why they would then go an delete it? I expect it breaks some rule in the iTunes terms and conditions, being an unautorised cover version without the consent for release from Sak Noel. It used to be £75 but I *think* it costs a lot less now, possibly as low as £10 when I last checked. I considered putting a few of my own songs on their but they were made with a computer program. I know they claim to be 'royalty free samples' but it's still probably a grey area when using them for your own commercial release and I don't know enough about it. Don't want to end up in court, but I guess the worst they can do is just take it back off again?
