18. Stereo Hearts (feat. Adam Levine) - Gym Class Heroes

69. Forever (Radio Edit) - Wolfgang Gartner (Extended Mix #422)

78. Pass At Me - Timbaland (also #93)

Guess we'll wait and see how the XF boost does for Matt

Gym Class Heroes are making very steady progress, should make the top 10 but it's not likely to outpeak "Billionaire" now. Shame.
F You going to come back now. Yay.

Did Cee-Lo perform it instead of his current single? :o

Also, is there a group performance or any sing-offs this week?

he performed a medley of satisfied and forget you :)

no sing off this week either, no group performance just judges eliminating people one by one.

Yes, it was mashed up with the album track 'Satisfied'.

No and no :P

Gosh. That must be a boring show if there's no sing-off or no group performances. And no public vote either. Is the program 20 minutes long today or something?

It's like Sunday last week. Just announcing who's through to the next stage and who isn't.

Gutted for one of the girls though (although I was going to be gutted whoever Kelly picked out).

Matt up to #7 - still not doing great.

Maroon 5 are starting properly fall away now (albeit still quite slowly) - down to 81.5% :D

The Wanted & Katy Perry, both on last year right? X Factor love both obviously.

When is Katy's new song out? Hasnt been sent to radio and hasnt got a video?

Expect 'Lightning' and 'The One That Got Away' to go top ten next week then.

Are The Wanted and Katy Perry performing then?

I'm not sure if The One That Got Away will go straight into the top 10. That song is probably nowhere near as instant as Firework.

Firework was performed ages before getting a music video aswell. Although that was getting played on Capital at least, and was top 200, before it was performed. I think the performance really touched people (a la Someone Like You) to warrant such a massive surge in sales.

a very good performance by matt. i will be really annoyed if in a couple of years one direction are still going and matt is washed up. so i hope he surges up very quickly now

Matt will never be washed up. He is a genuine musician, making music because he loves it. X Factor or no X Factor he will always be making records, even if they aren't hits. One Direction will look like shit in a couple of years and after that they have nothing, and the tweenies will have moved on to someone else.

I know I'm in a minority group of people who like 'Run For Your Life'. Yes, it's not the best song I've heard this year but it's certainly nowhere near the worst either. Matt Cardle really impressed me last year with a number of strong performances during the live finals. He's easily the best male winner The X Factor has produced.

Speak of the devil... :kink: I totally agree, it's a quite poor song, but Matt is a strong performer and will always have a career of some kind.

Not Katy Perry again has she actually learnt to sing live yet.

I feel for Matt he seemed a little down during his performance but Will Young did really well on Strictly.

Matt deserves better, I can hear the flop cries from here. He'll always be making music though.

At least we may be in for a two week no.1 though. Maroon 5 stuck behind the same song twice shocker?

They're really young though. I think they're all still teenagers. So they have many years left in them, even if their career is solely based off their looks (which I doubt. Most teenage girls don't have the money to buy songs that they don't enjoy listening to). Plus, there's artists in their 30's that the "tweenies" you speak of often find attractive, so with good make-up artists or whatever, the members of One Direction could still be looking good by then, possibly.

Even as Matt's #1 loon, I did think that #1 would be out of the question, he'll go top 10 though which is good

151. Forget You - Cee Lo Green

Such a wasted opportunity. Why did he not do Cry Baby?!

For me it'll be a far more welcome Rihanna in two weeks at #1 shocker. We've had far too many one week wonders in the UK charts over the last 2 months. Rihanna for a second week at #1 would be a refreshing change to the usual preceedings.
