well...with enthusiasm for the matt cardle single a bit low today....maybe next week for maroon 5?!?!

yeah i think It's devastatingly disappointing. But surely We Found Love will remain #1 if it isn't Matt Cardle.

YAY

(and I don't even really care for the Rihanna track!)

SHOO.

Hopefully Rihanna will hold on next week!

Actually ROFLing.

The thing is, it's actually NOT impossible that Maroon 5 have yet another f***ing chance this week, since both Matt and GCH seem to be underperforming so far. How many more chances are they going to get? At this rate it'll still be #2 at Christmas.

A great X Factor performance may change that though.

Let's not forget Rihanna will be increasing in airplay too.

Very sad for Maroon 5 but now it'd be weird if it got to #1 I guess  I'm glad Rihanna has another #1 now, even if I find this song worse than her 5 singles from Loud...
Any news of the album chart from 11 to 20?

It's on the OCC website...

As for Rihanna's release date, it's what it says on iTunes. It may not be correct but whatever.

Poor Marooners. Two weeks at #2 with Makes Me Wonder as well :( They will never get that top spot, will they?
Rihanna is unstoppable. Incredible! We Found Love In A Hopeless Placeeee..

HELL YES

MLJ is so overrated, well so is We Found Love but I'm RiRi loon and I really like it!

I really can't say I'm disappointed. I maintain that Moves Like Jagger is essentially a Jamiroquai track with a celebrity namecheck.

'We Found Love' is amazing on first listen  Not that I was expecting any less from a Rihanna song produced by Calvin Harris though.

Rihanna's broken the Cosmic Rule of Rihanna that bounds her to one UK #1 single per year :o But I suppose she's chosen to continue the Cosmic Rule of Maroon 5 (that they are stopped from #1 by a mdidweek Rihanna release) instead.

This is shit. On the upside, it's rapidly surrendering its #1 status to a song that's been out for two months. If Matt Cardle doesn't gain a hell of a lot, Maroon 5 could actually still be #1

No it won't. MOVES LIKE JAGGER FOR CHRISTMAS NUMBER 1!

And a big fat I TOLD YOU SO for all of you. I predicted this would happen over a week ago. And yet I'm still slightly disappointed because I like WFL, but then I listen to MLJ and it's still so much more amazing. Oh well, it's a general rule that most of the best songs never make it to no.1.
