Do you really think Wanted will go number one after Xfactor? The boost is not as significant as it has been. The Wanted will be front loaded and with Rihanna's video coming out this week It should get massive airplay.

01. Rihanna - We Found Love 100%

04. The Wanted - Lightining 61.5 (I think that's too big too break down, i really do)

76. Sean Paul & Alexis Jordan - Got To Love You, I guess it's airplay has cost them.

When The Wanted performed on X Factor last year, they didn't exactly get an enourmous boost iirc. Although the song they performed wasn't held back and then released on the same day, so it was a bit different.
Matt Cardle didin't even get a 15% boost from xfactor, either did Cee Loo Green. The only boost I have really seen from Xfactor (last year) is arguably Firework

The boost Firework got was INSANE! It was like a mini Someone Like You.

Also, The Time got a good boost aswell, making it go 6-1 officially. Of course, it was climbing anyway, but it might've got 6-3 instead or something (and Willow would've been #1! :o).

It also got Nicole Scherzinger to #1 on iTunes. And it gave What's My Name? a MASSIVE lead on iTunes at #1 too (it was like double the #2). Only Girl got a good boost aswell. It managed to sell 134,000 on its 2nd week thanks to X Factor! :o

Also, it wasn't a proper artist performance, but Just the Way You Are. That boost can't really be ignored imo, since it got the song to return to #1 with sales of over 100,000.

Rihanna - What's My Name got a big boost too last year!

Yeah. I was like " " when I saw iTunes afterward.

And then it stalled at #2 for 3 weeks which was a total :drama:.

Katy Perry just smashed it on x factor.

Is that song she just song available to buy now? Could challenge after that performance

Yes, it's been available to download for like 18 months now.

It's #526 atm.

The song is taken from her "Teenage dream" album. It's the 6th single from it, so I think it going Top 10 would arleady be a massive succes.

The performance was just

Katy Perry update!!!!

99. Firework

109. Last Friday Night

242. Teenage Dream

250. E.T. (ft. Kanye West)

335. Hot N Cold - This is ALWAYS selling so consistently! :o

346. E.T.

383. Last Friday Night

454. California Gurls (ft. Snoop Dogg)

526. The One That Got Away

841. Peacock - WHY WHY WHY is this not a single!? :drama: It's been selling all this time by word of mouth basically.

886. I Kissed a Girl

920. California Gurls (ft. Snoop Dogg)

Moves Like Jagger for 8th week at #2?

I like to see it as '10th week in the chart without ever dropping a place'

Why do you always call him Cee Loo? :arrr:

Because it's her only good song apart from Firework maybe?

As for Peacock not being a single, it's because the clean version would have to be called Pea

Matt Cardle has climbed slightly :o only overtaken Dappy. I assume it must be the effect of an album ad or something...
With the album out next week (not an advantage Joe had IIRC) I think Matt will stabilise a bit this week. It's not going to climb or anything but I'm pretty sure he will stay top 20 at least.
The One That Got Away  to #52!

+ #261 (deluxe album version)

Martin Solveig - Hello #151
