I still don't understand why people hated Kitty in the first place!

See, I felt like this about Katie last year! I didn't get why people hated Katie, and I still don't get it. I think Katie was more likable than Kitty. It's something I can't really explain though. Kitty just isn't very likable for some reason. Maybe she will grow on me. I do enjoy her as a performer, so at least that's good!

This is pretty poo considering this weeks theme was tailored to fit him. Safe another week I reckon :(

And this is way more karaoke then Sami was.

01 Kitty - f*** IT. I LOVE IT. 9.5/10

02 Janet - Okay, so the Diana Vickers / Ellie Goulding thing is gone. She's gone thoroughly down the Florence & The Machine route! Really enjoyed that. 8.5/10

03 Marcus - Oh, that was a great opener to the show! So energetic, yet it didn't lose tune. The performance in general. VERY impressed, because unlike most on here - I wasn't sold on the Russian Roulette or Moves Like Jagger performances. 8.5/10

04 Sophie - I really liked the whole atmospheric feel of it, as usual. She wasn't very good when she tried to up the notes though, which I'll penalise her for. Enjoyed it though! 8/10

05 Craig - It's slowly getting more and more... okay. Jar Of Hearts was superb, Best Thing I Never Had was okay, and this was okay too. Nothing else to say really. 6.5/10

06 Sami - She does have a good voice, she can sing almost every note in tune. But, is that gonna stop people thinking she's cruiseship/karaoke? Absolutely not, her weakest performance yet for me. 6/10

07 Rhythmix - I love Rhythmix, and I'm Like A Bird was my favourite performance of last week. But, this was vocally weak - a ridiculous song choice, and I'm disappointed. 5.5/10

08 Frankie - Shite. 0/10

The Silas Rate - Week 3

Marcus || 10 || My good god. Outstanding. Easily his best performance and finally something that really properly suits him.

Kitty || 10 || Another strong performance from Kitty there, Escala is an 11 and this just wasn't quite there.

Sophie || 09.5 || Brilliant rendition of my favourite Bon Jovi track. Loved it.

Sami || 06 || Tragic song choice. Good vocals but just so dull. Worst performance by her for me.

Janet || 05 || Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Craig || 04 || DULL DULL DULL. And I usually like him.

Rythmix || 03 || Not in the slightest bit rock. Just don't like their vocals.

--

Frankie || Too dire to rate || ABYSMAL. Seriously awful vocals, what a bloody rape of a really great Primal Scream track.

Frankie Cocozza - Rocks

"literally, I can't wait ** cough **" Ho-hum!!! :D

Well this is a weird intro to the performance. I'm I the only one finds his "angst" slightly forced and quite stage school pupil? It doesn't convince me at all that he's this rebellious character. What was that long note all about? On the positive, he's singing a track I really like by Primal Scream. However, Frankie can sing this repeatedly until he's note perfect and it still won't compare to Primal Scream. An ok performance but hmm I'm unsure. 5/10

Kitty Brucknell = 10/10

Craig Coulton = 8/10

Janet Devlin = 7/10

Marcus Collins = 6/10

Sophie Abibis = 6/10

Sami Brooks = 5/10

Frankie Cocozza = 5/10

Rhythmix = 5/10

Frankie - That entrance alone gets him a big fat 0. The whole performance just reeked of desperation. From the grabbing the camera to seeking attention from the judges table. I thought for a second they'd decided to turn him into a joke act.0/10

Janet - 9/10

Kitty - 9/10

Sophie - 8.5/10

Craig - 7/10

Sami - 7/10

Marcus - 6.5/10

Rhythmix - 6/10

Frankie - 0/10

Plus Jamie Afro did it better and I don't recall liking that performance a whole lot either.

Wow, Gary had the guts to come clean about last week. Or it's damage control.

Frankie - Didn't really like that overall. I did like the scream or whatever though :P

Wow, I can't believe Gary was so honest about Frankie ("You deserved to be in the bottom two"). Wasn't expecting that. I respect him for it, he should be honest about all the acts, including his own.

I still don't think he's AS bad as most other people say but that was easily his worst performance. I wouldn't really mind him going this week.

Rates 2011 (week 3)

9.0 Janet Devlin - Sweet Child O' Mine

8.5 Kitty Brucknell - Live And Let Die

7.0 Sami Brookes - If I Could Turn Back Time

6.5 Marcus Collins - Are You Gonna Go My Way

5.0 Sophie Habibis - Livin' On A Prayer

4.5 Craig Colton - Stop Crying Your Heart Out

3.5 Frankie Cocozza - Rocks

0.5 Rhythmix - TiK ToK / Push It

Hmm, if Frankie is bottom 2 again this week and gets saved, I can just see it.

Gary: I lied last week, you were crap, but that performance was AMAZING.

Coming clean a week later when you have nothing to lose is not really 'gutsy'. I lost a lot of respect for him when he said that.

9.0 Kitty

8.0 Sophie

8.0 Craig

7.9 Janet

7.8 Marcus

6.8 Sami

4.9 Rhythmix

4.0 Frankie

the performances this week are about as rocky as a lump of cheese. not saying that most of them were bad, just really not rock at all.

That's why I added the second sentence. I was initially impressed, but then thought he must be a total tool to do a rebound. Personally Gary lost most of my respect when he let Robbie back into Take That.

There are some AWFUL harmonies going on here...
