Dominick the Donkey is roughly 95% of the Military Wives combined. Forever Yours approx 52%.

136. Delilah 'Love You So'

^ Thought it must have been delayed a week as it wasn't showing up in the top 100 - turns out I was wrong. Such an epic song, though it'd do well on the back of 'Time' and surprise hit 'Go'.

WTF? Why is Chris Moyles doing this? Why would he want to stop a charity single from going to number 1? I don't understand.

I think it's more that he probably wants to stop the X Factor from getting #1 (but is masking it as an "I want a Christmas #1 chart battle like the good ol' days").

Or he just think it'll be funny to see it in the chart?

Because it's shit? The number of copies the Military Wives sell won't be any lower because of Moyles. The RATM / Joe campaign proves that a battle can actually drive sales up so it'll raise more for charity.

I really wish people would not use charity as a justification for a song being #1.

I don't think he did an anti X Factor campaign as he always was talking about it, and is a avid viewer. He even had Little Mix on the other day, and was been more than complementary. I think he just thinks it will be funny

Where would it be without these campaigns and Christmas songs (i.e. where could it potentially be next week?)...

Well it'd be #103! (If we removed Alex Days, Dominick, Nirvana and the Christmas songs) Plus there are some songs that are falling anyway and I doubt they'd benefit from the gift card effect so I think she'd safely be inside the top 100! Hopefully radio 1 will playlist it after the Christmas freeze! :D

Wow don't think I could work that out :(

Hopefuly when I wake up in the morning I'll see Bob the Builder, Mr Blobby or Crazy Frog in the top 5

59p songs

One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful #39

The Wanted - Warzone #79

Olly Murs - HSAB #92

Bad Romance & Born This Way also 59p

I'm annoyed with I-tunes reducing Express Yourself Born This Way to 59p. If there was a contender for one of the weakest songs of the year, that would be a winner.

This will help The Wanted though, especially as it's officialy released Boxing Day (Who would release then?!)

Alex Day  #7 - would be interesting to see what reenters the top 10, as this is dropping fast. It could be Drake again :o

Marry The Night  #32 - hope it can reenter the top 20 after this week!

Video Games  #39 - a LOT of hype/talk around her right now, so i wouldn't be suprised if this continues to rise

Don't be a drag! :nono: :kink:

This annoys me too. The Collective was a charity single and I wanted it to flop on it's arse like it did. However I do like MW because it has a very Christmassy feel which we haven't seen in a Christmas no.1 for many a year now.

It isn't even the worst single off Born this Way.

As for The Wanted. The physical sales will slump but the fans will come out and download on Boxing Day especially if they have giftcards. It might be an easy number one for them
