'21' over 100k again :D And that's lower than I expected at the start of the week but at least it's better than the ~60k I feared at the start of this thread and comfortably their best sales week :D Hopefully they'll at least stay above 50k next week. December 18, 201114 yr I thought Little Mix would have a chance at climbing to #1 the week after next, but after seeing their sales, I doubt it. They'll probably be selling about 50,000 by then. Coldplay have lower sales than I was expecting aswell, but they'll at least stay more stable over the weeks.

December 18, 201114 yr An x factor performance is huge promo though if the song is good, as then the vid on youtube gets played to death, people talk about it ect. It is. Thats why with one single performance it can propel a song to #2 on iTunes. :wacko: Eric_Blob replied with the best answer, the biggest promo you can get is radio and tv play, which it isnt getting. This isnt an official single, and for it to reach #8 on the back of two performances is brilliant. :D I don't think so actually. Getting lots of radio airplay is better promo than singing once on the X Factor final. Give Me Everything has sold 850,000 because of radio airplay. A performance gives you a boost for a couple of days, so that's like 20,000 sales or something. Well said Eric. :)
