Where do you guys think Noel Gallagher's album will chart this week coming up?

Any chance he could sell >22K and break 500K for his YTD?

Decent chance. He'll probably need to climb to sell that many but he won't suffer from the post-Christmas drop as much as many.

Military Wives still #1 based on CD sales however the gap has shortened significantly. Dont be surprosed to see Coldplay take their place. The rest of the top 40 looks pretty much like the itunes chart.

In the albums Coldplay, Amy, Adele, Rebecca and Olly are occupying the top 5. Buble looks set for a big drop but should stay in the top 20

Matt Cadman (@MattAATW) from All Around The World records on twitter has just posted that Dominick The Donkey has dropped 26 places BUT has still sold 12,000 SINCE Sunday!! Big sales this week I think!!!

12,000 at 28? Then Moves Like Jagger million seller announcement is imminent.

If I remember rightly last year the iTunes thread was practically the same as the official chart come Sunday, if you can take out all the second tracks out that belong to Olly and a few others. Coldplay will become #2, Flo Rida #3 etc etc. the acts dopping a place until you get to #14 where the Military Wives are.
I make that 29 if its a 26 place drop. Plus with 2 more days sales to go it will fall further

Duh, I thought it was at Number 2 last week. I was keeping my eye on itunes.

Any news for Rebecca's album ? She's holding strong on Amazon but with the HMV sales and all you never know where she'll end up.

We have mids :o

Coldplay are #1 :cheer: in the singles, Ed Sheeran #1 in the albums

Hold tight to your pants willbe back soon.

Yes for no Military Wives at #1 :cheer: Very impressive for Coldplay to spend so many weeks in the chart before getting #1 - they're a good example for most record companies who hold back songs forever to get a 200k selling #1.

ummm... no

Please advise Susan Boyle's position. Thanks!

and not top 40

HATE Ed Sheeran (actually I really LOVE him...) that he stops Coldplay from the double but we have Paraside on number 1 this weeekkkkkkkk!!! next one will be Good Feeling... so whatever,

really glad for single number 1 and Album number 2 after 4 months single and 2 months album and they sold a lot.

Beyoncé's top fifteen in the albums?! :o Ace! The sales won't be high - but it's a higher position than it was after her ITV special  What's it going for in the sales? Also great to see Katy Perry re-enter the albums top 40. Could I have the positions of both of their current singles please?
