January 8, 201214 yr I really wish everyone who went to purchase tracks like this would find a way to donate money to the cause directly instead. In most other cases of charity singles, I would agree with you, but not in this one. 'Wherever You Are' is an original tune with a truly meaningful lyric (compiled from the messages of the partners and service personnel themselves). It has a tremendous emotional pull with millions of people. There aren't many people in this country who don't know someone in the forces either, so the appeal is incredibly widespread.
