Vanessa Carlton, Sara Bareilles, Lisa Loeb, Paula Cole and 100 others can all relate. The latter two had at least two hits... Lisa had Stay as well as I Do and I Don't Want To Wait was as big as Where Have All The Cowboys Gone, at least on radio. I do see your point though, I used to like this stuff but listening to Perri is the aural equivalent of watching paint dry.

That was only a year before it. It looks like Drunk might struggle to get top 10 now. It's a shame, since it grew on me since being a single.

Hmmm, maybe, although I certainly wasn't listening to it anywhere near as much as I still do We Found Love by the same stage, same for all her singles bar Telephone, but that never felt as huge anyway.
