February 12, 201214 yr THIS, ladies & Gentleman, is what you call a cracking back catalogue! :D Just imagine a Madonna top 40 ;)
February 12, 201214 yr Is this new Madonna single even being supported anywhere yet? I've not heard it anywhere outside of my own listening to it, seems so strange to call a lead single from Madonna underrated but it deserves FAR better than #37, it's going nowhere on iTunes (but down) :drama:
February 12, 201214 yr L-U-V MADONNA H-A-T-E THE GREAT BRITISH PUBLIC :manson: Seriously this should be top 10  It's not her best song ever but it's a decent comeback. Even if Nicki's part is terrible. Is this new Madonna single even being supported anywhere yet? I've not heard it anywhere outside of my own listening to it, seems so strange to call a lead single from Madonna underrated but it deserves FAR better than #37, it's going nowhere on iTunes (but down) :drama: Depends if you count gay clubs

February 12, 201214 yr THIS, ladies & Gentleman, is what you call a cracking back catalogue! :D Very impressive indeed, though I wish Revolver could have become a hit, that's oddly one of my favourites by her and I think the collaboration with Lil' Wayne works very well.
February 12, 201214 yr Hello everyone! Great start to the chart this week with fantastic tunes from M83 and Maverick Sabre! Lil'Wayne delivers an average, pretty boring tune so duly enters low and I'm glad Madonna's song is flopping because as a fan, I couldn't be more disappointed with this comeback. R.I.O still here? such a generic track
February 12, 201214 yr This is quite possibly the most generic song I've ever heard. You could change about two lines to something funnier, put Pitbull on it somewhere and BANG The Lonely Island have their next lead single.
February 12, 201214 yr > #36 [ NON-MOVER] > R.I.O. feat. U-JEAN > “Turn This Club Around” [2nd single from “Turn This Club Around”] > 60-36-36- > 2 weeks top 40; 3 weeks top 75 > #37 [ NEW ENTRY] > MADONNA feat. NICKI MINAJ and M.I.A. > “Give Me All Your Luvin’” [1st single from “MDNA”] > 37- > 1 week top 40 > #38 [ from #68] > LIL WAYNE feat. BRUNO MARS > “Mirror” [5th single from “Tha Carter IV”] > 91-x(7)-68-38- > 1 week top 40; 2 weeks top 75; 3 weeks top 100 > #39 [ RE-ENTRY] > MAVERICK SABRE > “Let Me Go” [1st single from “Lonely Are The Brave”] > 16-18-29-43-77-x(69)-93-x(16)-39- > 4 weeks top 40; 5 weeks top 75; 7 weeks top 100 > #40 [ from #34] > M83 > “Midnight City” [1st single from “Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming”] > 51-35-34-34-40- > 4 weeks top 40; 5 weeks top 75 Looks like this may peak at #36, as it's now out of the iTunes top 40.
February 12, 201214 yr L-U-V MADONNA H-A-T-E THE GREAT BRITISH PUBLIC :manson: THIS THIS THIS. What's wrong with our country. Like the only place in the world the song is doing this badly aswell. :( I can't believe the lead single from MADONNA might chart lower than some generic trashy RIO song (which is also a rip-off of DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love). February 12, 201214 yr Very impressive indeed, though I wish Revolver could have become a hit, that's oddly one of my favourites by her and I think the collaboration with Lil' Wayne works very well. I totally agree, I loved Revolver. Shame they decided not to do anything with that :(
February 12, 201214 yr Looks like this may peak at #36, as it's now out of the iTunes top 40. At least 165 places higher than it deserves :puke2:
February 12, 201214 yr 35 (from 29) Charlene Soraia - Wherever You Will Go [D] http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51rxXizllbL._AA115_.jpg Chart Run: 20-7-3-6-8-11-14-19-17-31-45-55-60-38-26-30-33-29-35 [19 wks] Release date: 30-09-2011 Format: download only single Label: EMI UK Video here: t5THMr7YbEM download track listing 1. February 12, 201214 yr Charlene Soraia's song sounds AMAZING after that club song we just heard.
February 12, 201214 yr Is this new Madonna single even being supported anywhere yet? I've not heard it anywhere outside of my own listening to it, seems so strange to call a lead single from Madonna underrated but it deserves FAR better than #37, it's going nowhere on iTunes (but down) :drama: I've seen the video quite a lot on TV. -x- I see we've now reached the infuriatingly dull segment of the chart - more to come from Birdy as per who'll likely be back in the top 20 <_<
February 12, 201214 yr If it had been "Skinny Love" or "Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want" next it would have been the perfect demonstration of why this horrible club banger / piano ballad fixation has to end. "Wherever You Will Go" still doesn't sound that terrible, maybe because I never liked the original much.
February 12, 201214 yr THIS THIS THIS. What's wrong with our country. Like the only place in the world the song is doing this badly aswell. :( I can't believe the lead single from MADONNA might chart lower than some generic trashy RIO song (which is also a rip-off of DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love). I'd like to say it's great that we're the only one's who won't just buy any old shit, but looking at most of the top 40 that's simply not true.
February 12, 201214 yr That R.I.O song is horrendous, it's not even that catchy imo lol at Charlene still Top 40 though
February 12, 201214 yr 36 (from 36) R.I.O. Feat. Oh why do people buy into this crap? :( On third listen, I'm liking the new Madonna song. Still not as good as 'Run the World (Girls)'. :P (referencing iTunes thread conversation here) Edited February 12, 201214 yr by SceneofSIXCrimes
