'Fl' as in 'flee' only with a softer 'l'; 'yo' as in 'YO GURL! WAZZUP?'.

I don't know tbh. At the moment I'm on my phone as the laptop won't even start, it's stuck on the apple/cog screen and keeps restarting.

Have you tried doing an emergency shutdown? Or unplugging the laptop, then plugging it in again and restarting?
