It was everywhere for a good few weeks, and everyone was talking about it/singing it Yeah, I agree that it's been a very popular song. If it was on air, on sale, it would've probably sold waaaay more, and everybody would be going "This has had such a long chart run for a #6 hit! It's so amazing!". But in reality, it's the same song, and is just as good/bad whatever its chart run is, and I think its still been popular. Its total sales won't represent its popularity imo. Heaven. This song is BEAUTIFUL!!!! :wub: Don't Go and Heaven was one of my favourite top 2s last year. Both summer anthems for me. :wub:
February 19, 201214 yr I love 'Love On Top'. :D (but 'Countdown' was much better and deserved at least a top ten position) Thing is I initially hated Countdown where as Love On Top was far more instant, but Countdown is now one of my favourite Beyonce songs. Countdown is definitely one of the most opinion dividing tracks on the album. So happy One Moment In Time made the top 40, would have been nice if Saving All My Love For You entered the top 40 as well so all her UK #1's made it, but at least she got 3 tracks in I guess. Fingers crossed I Look To You entered the top 100 (although I doubt it managed to hold its mid-week position).
February 19, 201214 yr 'Heaven' is my favourite song of 2011, just love everything about it, with 'Earthquake' not far behind it, so I am thrilled that both of them are in the top 40 still in 2012.
February 19, 201214 yr Heaven is still Emeli's best for me, mesmerising song. Next To Me has excellent production and I really like it but the melody never quite gets going in the way that I'd hope.
