May 26, 201213 yr OK, here is mine Pretty solid winner, with or without plastic snowflake lodged in throat: 1 Sweden I think the following 3 will be battling it out for the 2nd place, so I reckon pretty tight): 2 Italy (it's very cool and will appeal to the snootier side of jury voters, will do well with both jury and voters) 3 Romania (not much of a fan, but these sort of breezy songs always do well, I can see the broad appeal this has) 4 Serbia Further down the points scale, in the low 100s 5 Azerbaijan (will do better than others think) 6 Spain (the song is a bit dated, but her knock-out vocals will ensure a decent enough result) 7 Russia (hoping the jury will have voted little enough to knock this out of the top 5) 8 Cyprus (optimistic perhaps, but I think this will be a VERY big hit with televoters!) 9 Germany (there's always one MOR yawnfest that does well, but I could easily swap this with Denmark's predicted position) 10 Greece (they always do well don't they?) Very tight scores from here until 18, I reckon 11 Ukraine (I actually really like this in a OTT vocal sort of way, I think this has broad appeal) 12 Estonia 13 Iceland 14 Turkey 15 Denmark 16 UK (jury might be kind, but I don't think this will register with televoters one jot) 17 Ireland (see UK, but vice-versar) 18 Norway (sadly I think this will tank, but the votes I feel will be VERY tight mid-table and I think Tooji will come worse off) And the rest 19 Albania 20 Moldova 21 Bosnia + Herzegovina 22 Malta 23 France 24 Hungary 25 Macedonia 26 Lithuania I'm sure I'll be way out with a lot of these, but it's part of the fun! Cyprus could be on for a top 5 though, I think Macedonia might do quite well now and I'm not underestimating Albania again.

Malta Yes, Sweden 1st is slightly more wishful thinking but considering the reaction the song gets in the first verse (you can hear the stadium clapping along) added with it's success already in a few countries, I'm still convinced Sweden can get their win tonight. However, I don't think it'll landslide and that Serbia could be very close behind - probably 15-20 points seperating the top 2 at the end, with Russia 3rd but a fair distance behind Serbia. At the other end, I reckon Malta, FY Macedonia, Hungary, Lithuania and France will be most likely to battle for the bottom of the scoreboard.

I think Ivi can surprise though, she has the 2nd most amount of views on YouTube out of everyone - 2.2 million views for the Eurovision.tv video! This must surely mean that she should do reasonably well! I'm just happy she qualified, Cyprus really deserve to as they send amazing entries more often than not! And La La Love is just incredible! :wub:
May 26, 201213 yr Think the UK is being vastly overlooked :o Im almost certain that we would have picked up some 10s and 12s from the Juries so even if the televotes don't come through that highly that will still see us getting awarded 5s and 6s which could push us up nicely - Hope for higher but i really think we will be 8th or 9th
