Does anyone know why 'Power' by Kanye West is  #146 & #472?

Not that i'm complaining

59p again? Wouldn't explain two versions rising though, odd. Such a massive tune.

What are the odds that Sexy and I Know It will be used on BGT/The Voice next week (it has to get its weekly boost somehow)?

Apparently Power's climb is something to do with Saints Row the 3rd.

I can't see it being used on The Voice (it's not a great song to show off your vocal skills ). But maybe Britian's Got Talent. Surely some stripper is going to audition or something.

Plan B  #11 - Shouldn't be too far away from top 10 according to Kworb

Sexy & I Know It  #17

The Swarm  #27 - didn't expect this to be rising after it dropped so fast a few days ago

Mamma Knows Best  #41

Hangover  #74

YES!! And with it being Proud that's #10, Plan B should surely get in even if he suddenly stops climbing, simply to JLS falling. I think the top 10 promotion is important for Plan B, since he's not getting that much from other sources imo.

42. Jessie J 'Mamma Knows Best'

^ Should help the album, 'Who You Are', to get another sales boost this week + Jessie J is likely to grab another top 75 hit with this; permitting it lingers outside the top 40 for a few days longer. Why they didn't select this over 'Who's Laughing Now' I'll never know, but I think it sounds great as an album track, as does 'Stand Up'.

I wonder how much more he can climb now? Looking at Kworb I think #6 is reachable but the gap to #'5 is massive.
Plan B  #10

Phew! was seriously worried that would stall outside the top 10 for a minute there! hopefully it can get up to at least 5 as I'm sure the EP sales will help it out too

FINALLY. God, he took his time. I think he could still go top 5 but at least top 10 is secure now (hopefully).
I wonder if Carly Rae Jepsen's label will bring forward the release for Call Me Maybe? There are already 3/4 versions shooting up and I really can't see them waiting until 23rd April as I can see them all getting quite high in the next couple of weeks. It'll backfire if they leave it too long. I still have no idea why Record labels still insist on holding songs back so long, especially with all the fakes about. Some get on itunes very quickly!

The reason labels insist on holding songs back so long is because record labels in the UK are idiots.

There's an advert that's been on the TV quite a few times that uses it. I can't remember what it's for though, but I think that would explain the rise. :)

There could actually be quite a few top 40 entries this week:

Chris Brown - Turn Up the Music

Plan B - ill Manors

Olly Murs - Oh My Goodness

Nicki Minaj - Right By My Side (this should be released in the next few days I think)

I think these songs could be cherrypicked from albums:

Katy Perry - Wide Awake

Katy Perry - Dressin' Up

Madonna - Girl Gone Wild

These songs all got big boosts from the weekend TV shows, so they might enter, at least in the mid-weeks:

will.i.am - T.H.E.

Adele - Set Fire to the Rain

Jessie J - Mama Knows Best

LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem

Train - Drops of Jupiter
