5 non-movers in the Top 10 singles! :o Great to see Alex Clare in the Top 10, and Stereophonics in the Top 20! :w00t: Unfortunately, I suspect it will drop to number 21 or 22 at the end of the week.

I think album sales will be low, nowhere near as bad as last week, but still pretty low, since I don’t think Jack White will sell over 50,000. Olly Murs in the Top 10 and his single is climbing again – has he performed somewhere? Great to see ABBA’s The Visitors back in the Top 40, I guess it has been re-released this week.

Very pleasing update, Alex Clare top 10 and Stereophonics should stay top 30 by sunday :D it would be a fantastic start to the charts if all these re-entries stay there, Madcon will definitely be out though and probably U2 as well

if the Voice had this much of an effect for just this weekend, I'd imagine we'd be seeing quite a few re-entries over the next few weeks!

Both of The Script's albums making pretty big climbs again. Also Olly Murs back in the top 10 (has he done some promo recently to explain this rise and that of 'Oh My Goodness'?)

Reasonably predictable top 2 of Jack White and Rufus Wainwright, it would be nice if we got some sales info to determine if Adele could reclaim the #2 - Jack has #1 sealed and probably with a pretty big lead though.

Feeder not doing too badly although down to #5 from #4 yesterday. Santigold's album only #18, I know the lead single bearely went top 100 but still would have expected her album to do better than this!

Stereophonics re-entering again at #24 off the back of The Voice :D

Two old albums re-entering the lower end of the top 40 for some reason (32 ABBA 'The Visitors' and 37 T.Rex 'Electric Warrior') - re-released physically this week I assume? No idea who Julian Ovenden is and wasn't aware The Chieftains had a new album out so overall a bit of a 'huh' bunch of new entries. Brilliant to see Nina Nesbitt in the top 40 although she's only barely in (at #39) so will probably drop out. (EDIT: If indeed she's top 40 today at all - how strange that she's on the R1 list but not the OCC list )

Miles Kane's EP must be going to the singles chart as there's no way it'd be outside the top 40 surely.

Also Olly Murs back in the top 10 (has he done some promo recently to explain this rise and that of 'Oh My Goodness'?)

His new show Life on Murs began on ITV2 on Thursday night and is repeated on Sunday nights.

mid report added with today's update on previous page.

wow 288 sales separates the top 2 tracks.

Calvin only 288 copies ahead? He'll lose the #1 I'm guessing unless he picks up fast on iTunes.

That got me as well, I usually take Radio 1 with a pinch of salt they are known for a few cock ups so I'm going with the OCC chart

Is Rihanna out of the top 40 albums of the chart update?

Calvin is *so* screwed, then! :P

Both 'Electric Warrior', by T. Rex, & 'The Visitor's by ABBA, are re-Charting, because 'Deluxe' Editions

have been released.

With 'The Visitors', you get a almost 9 Minutes of unreleased

ABBA Music, Bonus Tracks, a 2nd Disk with DVD Clips, & a Booklet

about how the Album was made, & how ABBA ended as a Group.

Delighted to see Olly Murs back in the top 10 albums, i really want this to go triple platnum by the end of the year.
I hope Carly gets it because the Calvin track is quite weak IMO and I like that long running no.1s are starting to emerge again.

Ditto! I would prefer more British artists to have long running #1s in Britain, but anyone goes I guess! :P
