Lol. They might be 'flops' with their last eras but Madonna truly is the Queen of Pop whether you like her or not, no female artist comes close to her in terms of sales or cultural impact. Christina is one of the biggest artists right now too.

 

I don't know who would be the Queen of current pop though, Rihanna would be a good shout but she straddles R&B as well.
