What utter crap, especially as Tom's winning contestant looks like charting lower than at least one of the other finalists. The winner(s?) of The Voice US have done bugger all but it's still a very marketable show. 8 million viewers is not to be sniffed at, although the Battle Rounds need changing to stop everyone screeching. "All Around The World" is generic turd, but when Bieber does anything else it starts to show his personality which doesn't work either. Bummer.

June 10, 201213 yr Off topic, yes, but where's all this information about 'sacking the coaches' coming from? The Voice UK exceeded the BBC's expectations (by an average of 4/5 million in fact) - and the only real critique of the coaches were that they were being too nice (which is easily dealt with in series 2) and Jessie J coming across as a diva (which is why it was hinted she'd leave to avoid developing such a label). Personally I thought the series was fresh, friendly and the coaches all seemed to get along/were a good source of entertainment + comedy. Chart-wise, still addicted to 'Let's Go' - the fourth single, 'We'll Be Coming Back' with Example sounds like another hit too; though I'm kinda' hoping it peaks at #2 to continue the consecutive streak.
