October 23, 201212 yr It's obvious which song Robbie will perform. fun. should perform Carry On I think.
October 23, 201212 yr Oh god another total mess of a performance from Robbie coming up, with scripted banter between him and Gary
October 23, 201212 yr Its funny how for some songs it gives an enormous boost and for others it does absolutely nothing. Of course an appearance on X factor assumes that the artist smashes their performance, if they don't it can actually have the opposite effect, the disastrous appearances of Lady Gaga and Britney spring to mind, they effectively killed off their album era's in this country.
October 23, 201212 yr Britney would've had a hard time no matter what. The British media love to pick on her. When she shaved her head and went to hospital and all that, it seemed like most people in the country were celebrating about it. A Britney X Factor performance was never going to go well.
October 23, 201212 yr fun.?? What about Matt Cardle?? The new single is obviously not gonna be a hit no matter what, but I would've thought The X Factor would've at least given him the chance to promote it on the show that he won only 2 years ago. Would be quite funny if Season 7's 2nd place, 3rd place and 4th place contestants all get a performance of their new song but not the actual winner.
October 23, 201212 yr Matt often speaks bad about the show in the press and stuff. He reminds me of that guy who won the very first series in that respect tbh. So I think that's why they're not having him on. Although I do remember a band (can't remember who) that insulted Dannii and Cheryl in some interview, and they got asked to perform (and it was a tad awkward in the bit after the performance ). October 23, 201212 yr Fun?! :cheer: What an unexpected and inspired (for the X Factor) choice of guest performer!
October 23, 201212 yr Matt's like Rebecca Ferguson in the sense that he'll always do better on an album front. 'Letters' didn't sell too terribly did it?
October 23, 201212 yr I really hope fun. do Carry On but I can realistically see it being Some Nights (which of course won't be a problem seeing as its my favourite song of the year so far! :P)

Wasn't it Jamiroquai and Dannii and Cheryl didn't clap at the end of his performance because he said Cheryl was from a council estate or something and that he would never appear on the show? Anyway his single and album flopped and I don't think he has released anything since!

October 23, 201212 yr Suprised at no Little Mix yet. The winners are usually always on the 1st live show? And we still have One Direction, Olly Murs, Cher Lloyd, Misha B, Amelia Lily, Tulisa and Nicole/Gary to come. :( I wish we could get all the XF links out of the way so we could focus on other artists.

October 23, 201212 yr Little Mix arent releasing their single until November! They're definitely getting a slot though.

They should start having 3 performances each week now lol.
October 23, 201212 yr I really like DNA, so I'm looking forward to Little Minxes eventual appearance.
October 27, 201212 yr No Doubt confirmed for the 4th November https://twitter.com/nodoubt/status/262272968225345537
October 27, 201212 yr Very unexpected! But hopefully it can give them an actual 'hit' this era (if only they'd perform Settle Down).
