Turn Around is fantastic, Conor's best single so far. Release Take Off next pl0x.

Take Off is brilliant, but I think Better Than You (aka R.I.P, Part II), will be the next single.

The official video is out now :) It's really good, just like the song.

Yeah I realised that after I had posted. Will get it put in for next week.

She Wolf is boring and dull compared to the fantasticness that is Titanium.

Still love this Fun. song. I think I might even prefer it to 'We Are Young' now..

Turn Around is a brilliant dance song & his best video as well. I hope "Picture" is the next signle

I LOVE Pictures. It's like a more poppy version of Crew Love.

A really great top 10 so far (Conor Maynard aside).

I've been taking a listen to this thing for the first time in ages, and came across Avalon, which I've been falling in love with. And Some Nights is growing on me really well, considering I've been wary of it ever since We Are Young was mangled by overplay an age ago.

That'd be my second choice for the next single, TBH. Relistened earlier and I remembered how good it was.

3 brilliant songs in a row  Amelia ruining it being a perfect top 10 so far.

(Insignificant stats Bré wonders what other acts have had multiple runs in the top 10 with both of their first two chart hits).

Loving Some Nights, a contender for my favourite song released this year! (my favourite is probably Slow it Down by Amy Macdonald)

Yeah, forgot to add, will do for next week ;)

Some Nights <3 vastly better than We Are Young (but I love it too)

Oh Love

¡Uno! is the first part of Green Day's forthcoming album trilogy - ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tré!' which will be released over the Autumn/Winter.

Frontman Billie Joe Armstrong said he would always look to write albums with narratives and to make songs that "speak to each other within an album".

"I'm not going to conform to some consumer need. I believe people want to hear this kind of music, that people want to hear records that have a story. Or maybe they don't. I have no idea. I want to write killer songs, but I want them threaded together and to speak to each other within an album, which in this case is basically inside three albums".

"I told my wife about it and she said, 'Actually that's kind of a brilliant idea.' Then I brought it to the guys and asked them what they thought. They let it sink in and said yeah. Put my photo on the first one, Mike on the second one and Tré on the third." - HMV

Blow Me (One Last Kiss)

P!nk will return with her sixth studio album 'The Truth About Love' in September. Here she explains her thoughts behind her latest project:

"The Truth About Love is one of my favourite songs on the record, but I realized it also sums up my whole adventure in this lifetime. I used to be really motivated to do really dangerous and stupid things for love, and I was really fearful of love. When I was a little girl, 'love' meant fighting and bickering and losing your parents. But now love is also having a child and unconditional and beautiful and, with my husband, sexual. Musically, it's not a Sade record, where you know what you're going to get when you put it on. It's a P!nk record; you have no idea what you're going to get. I don't know what I'm doing when I go in to record an album, so I think that's the theme: questions and experiences and running from - and running to - love." - P!nk - HMV

Runaways

The Las Vegas quartet return in September with 'Battle Born', the follow-up to 2008's hugely acclaimed 'Day & Age.'

"I see every album as a reaction to the album before it. Sometimes it's a reaction to the critics, which is ridiculous. I shouldn't listen so much to what they say. But I don't write songs to try to make them happy. We write songs that we like to play." - Brandon Flowers - HMV

Little Lion Man

One of the most talked about new bands around right now and rightly so. 'Sigh No More' is the eagerly anticipated debut album from London four piece, Mumford And Sons. Formed from the same West London scene that has given rise to the likes of Laura Marling, Jay Jay Pistolet and Noah and The Whale, yet with a much broader and wider spread fanbase. Believe the hype about this lot... - HMV
