WANEGBT out of top 10 :cry:

I have a strong feeling both Misha B and Little Mix or possibly even Amelia Lily will outperform their first single. Haven't heard Amelia's new single yet but "Do You Think Of Me" and "DNA" are both so promising :wub:

 

I think Little Mix has a good chance. Cannonball has sold about 465,000, whilst Wings has sold about 326,000 (according to vidcapper's thread), and is still selling quite consistently, and will get boosts when Little Mix release DNA, perform on X Factor, when they release their album, and probably after Christmas with the gift card effect, so I think it could easily outsell Cannonball, which is probably not selling very much on a weekly basis. And if not, DNA is an amazing song, so that might be huge and outsell it (465,000 is a LOT to sell though).

 

Amelia might struggle, just because her lead single has been very successful. Don't know how much it's sold so far, but to beat it I'd guess she'd need to sell over 150,000-200,000 with her next single, which would be tough (but not impossible).

 

Misha B might have an easier time, since her first single sold less than Amelia's I assume, but I still think she might struggle to outsell it.

 

Ergh I wish 'ill Manors' could get a bigger boost from being 59p :cry:

 

Me too. :( He's starting to promote the 4th single I think. It's Playing With Fire (produced by Labrinth). I hope it can be as big as N-Dubz's song, but I doubt it. :lol:

That's a hell of a lot of 59p songs in the Top 200! :o It's strange how Niggas in Paris has been one of the years most consistent sellers, despite a peak of #10.

:( at the slide of 'Trouble' but really I'm only surprised it didn't start earlier... probably the same will happen to 'Hottest Girl In The World'.

 

Mixed emotions about Disclosure knocking The Lumineers out of the top 10. Obviously fantastic to see Disclosure back in the top 10 again but for a third week in a row it's just gone in too late and it's not going to climb any more so will just be kicked out yet again by next week's new releases, whereas The Lumineers could have got a top 10 effect but they were only in there for less than a day so didn't really have a chance :(

 

Calvin & Tinie to #14 :o Could this knock Disclosure out of the top 10 before the new releases? I think album tracks normally peak around Thursday so probably not but who knows?

Just about to say that, it be funny if Calvin Harris gets another #1 in a short space of 3 weeks after hitting #2 numerous times :lol:

"Trouble" had a 2nd version in the top 200 not long ago, but it's going to see a very sharp drop this week. "Fireflies" has just started getting played on radio, so hopefully that will appear at some point in the next couple of weeks.

 

"Run" to #70. I hope this can re-enter the top 100. Perhaps even get some sales info on it.

I think people are overestimating Little Mix - Dna. I was confident that it would easily get to number one until I seen it's airplay/iTunes Pre-orders.

 

It's not even in the top 400 in iTunes Pre-Orders and airplay currently stands at #62 on radio airplay and #24 on Television airplay (This is the rolling chart, last week they were #92 on the Radio Airplay)
